There she stands
Thinking with fusions
Of lost and confusion
She though he understood
The pain she felt
He told her he would never hurt her
he told her he would never make her cry
But it was all a lie
There she stands
In the rain
Thinking of her mistakes
Oh, how it makes her ache
She wants this to end
She wants her heart to mend
There's got to be a way
But no one can say
They think she's better off alone
