You wanted to go back home,
You looked at stars everynight,
And thought of us back here.

When you come back home,
Open arms outstretched,
Your tears let slip fall,
And I hold you tight,
Just so you can cry.
Don't let those feelings take you,
Don't let them overcome,
I'll be here beside you,
I'll take the beating for you,
That you wish was there,
Plain enough to the eye,
Broken hearts wallow in despair,
I can't tell you why you suffered like you did,
I can't tell you why she left like she did,
All I can tell you is this,
Just let it all out and cry.
