Nail (A Catholic Poem)

For those whom this concerns...this implies some Catholic themes, but I'm proud of my faith! Go Jesus! (whoa, had a moment... :) ) by the way, i got inspiration for this from a common nail!

Nail, nail, seemingly harmless nail
Without you, all foundations fail
Yet when trifled with, children wail
Nail, nail, seemingly harmless nail
Nail, nail, gray and dull metal
Your texture is not of a rose petal
Yet had goen through many a battle
Nail, nail, gray and dull metal
Nail, nail, hinge of all craft
With you, we make such a nifty raft
When mishandled, we are all so daft
Nail, nail, hinge of all craft
Nail, nail, piercing blade
The Son of Man died for the sins we made
When you cut his flesh, much grief was made
Nail, nail, piercing blade
Nail, nail, you hung Jesus high
When the hour of his death was nigh
But he rose from the dead, and that's no lie!
Nail, nail, you hung Jesus high
