Mirror-forpoemthingy.jpg

Isolated in this hall
Nobody left or right
A scene that wished to be forgotten
Is the only thing is sight

Up and down
Nothing more than skin
The fear of failing haunts your soul
And now your drawn in

Family forced me here
Not willing to admit defeat
The hardships of life
Are too far much too deep

No way out
The hall goes on for life
Down some feet and then some more
On the floor you'll find a knife

It's the only way out
That or spend a life in fear
Please the glass around yourself
Will this give you your life of cheer?

Nothing but glass
Is in your way
A step to leave
Taken day by day

Hair becomes rough
Nails break from pressure
These signs that come,
Are just a daily refresher

But for the flesh shrink,
The bones to become clearer
Is The simplest way to survive
The hall of mirrors
