Follow Me to the End of the Earth

If I were to fly away
Never to come back
And forever be in the sky
Would you watch me go
Or follow me to the end of the Earth?
If I were to dive down deep
Into the ocean's blue depths
And search for its bottom
Would you watch the waves crashing above
Or help me finish my mission?
If I were to dig into the Earth
Repeatedly shoveling out its contents
And try to find its molten core
Would you stand on the edge
Or jump down into the black abyss?
If I were to run through fire
Never finding its edge
And slowly burn into nothing
Would you jump back from the heat
Or sprint head-first into the flames?
If I were to commit an act
So irrationally impossible
That only I used attempt it
Would you stand in disbelief
Or join me in my quest?
