~Partly Sewn~

Never a body found, never a body found, take this secret to the ground.

Created by QuateStorm on Monday, January 16, 2012

Her stitched fingertips
{do you remember them caressing your skin?}
Found today in the well
The police pulled them out with
gloved hands
~
Her marble, her shining eyes
{do you remember staring into them for hours?}
Found today in the mud
The children took them to play
their games
~
And do you think
of her partly sewn wrists
Always seemed to come undone
when she saw the sky die
Because midnight grey scared her
but you left her alone
Her tattered old heart
{do you remember the scissors you took to?}
Found today in the closet
The crows took up the pieces
for their Satan shrine
~
