~Flame Nest : Burning Grace~

Created by QuateStorm on Saturday, January 21, 2012

Simply counting down the days until the decade end
So this disease will spread, so these gaps will mend
Society you’ve been bred into poverty, now meet regeneration
And find in the century bones a place for incubation
~
Remember when chivalry lived? I can’t forget those days
I won’t live in darkness because someone else believes I should
Try to oppress the expressive, the unknown poets alive
We’ll travel to galaxy Netherlands and bask in glory when we arrive
~
Waking to the sound of elaborate plots, please explain
I see these oceans and wonder what bubble secrets they contain
Waves wash my fingernails clean, remove the soot from my hands
I’ve played to long with the fire so now nobody understands
{My tongue’s been branded
as a hornets’ nest
But I swear I never lied
or these pests would infest}
~
The new world order hatched, I couldn’t find my place
I surrender then to the burning grace
These phrases sang by the masses, never knew I writ
And no one’s famous until they quit
~
