as i stand here on the edge waiting for my death. I cant help but think of the good times we had. my how young we were when we finally found each other. one look and i knew that you were waiting for me to. how i wish i could've been there and have seen you one last time to say good bye. Instead I'm waiting here, the chants of death calling me like a moth to a flame . Don't cry for me while you watch me. i don't need your tears, cause once you cry i can never say good bye . please understand i didn't mean for any of this to happen. "promise me that when I'm gone you'll live on and raise our kids the right way, please promise me." { i whisper silently} and as these memories flow through all i can say is, is that i love you. I close my eyes one last time i breathe in and breath out" its time" i say loudly he looks at me finally tears pour rapidly, sliding down his handsomely carved face i clearly see the words " i love you" being mouthed slowly. " i love you to" i say longingly he smiles brokenly as he watches me kneel in front of the thick oak like structure. my chin rests peacefully as i close my eyes and imagine my family i hear my name being called i open my eyes but before i can see at who called me. my world turns black and finally I'm dead
i can only wish
