The flowers die,
the lights go dim,
the Queen of Darkness has just sauntered in,
just one look equals death from her pale complexion to her blinding hair,
leaving no exceptions,
except for one or two who she forgot to put on the list.
I think I got it now, I think I got it now, No I don't, I
think I'm losing it now, its over my head,
these stupid rules just don't make any sense.
How can you wonder why...
My shirt's untucked,
My shoe's untied,
didn't go to bed till late,
so now I'm tired,
but wasn't studying math,
so now I'm screwed,
cause there's a test today that i can't do.
Want me to fix my hair,
want me to draw my lines straight,
you think you rule the world, but your reign don't surpass the doors of this place,
You won't dominate me forever this way,
cause I'll be gone on graduation day.
Prim and proper,
never act unprofessional.
Not a minute late,
that would be unacceptable.
Your standards are too high,
they always overflow like an erupting lava filled volcano or even just vinegar and baking soda.
There may be no limits when you look to the skies above,
but we're here on earth there's gravity, so there's a barrier,
something you always try to set up.
I think I got it now, I think I got it now,
No I don't, I
think I'm losing it now, it's over my head,
these stupid rules just don't make any sense.
How can you always be wondering why?
My shirt's untucked,
My shoe's untied,
didn't go to bed till late,
so now I'm tired,
but wasn't studying math,
so now I'm screwed,
cause there's a test today that i can't do.
Want me to fix my hair,
want me to draw my lines straight,
you think you rule the world, but your reign don't surpass the doors of this place,
You won't dominate me forever this way,
cause I'll be gone on graduation day.
Cold as ice,
claw like nails,
eyes that can burn holes into small children,
covered with gobs of makeup,
a monster in disguise.
Makes me reluctant to learn,
Everyday so hard to wake up,
even though I know school is only six hours,
I'm sick of this dictatorship,
have no control of anything that happens here.
Rebellion is the shadow reflecting on my side.
How can you still wonder why?
My shirt's untucked,
My shoe's untied,
didn't go to bed till late,
so now I'm tired,
but wasn't studying math,
so now I'm screwed,
cause there's a test today that i can't do.
Want me to fix my hair,
want me to draw my lines straight,
you think you rule the world, but your reign don't surpass the doors of this place,
You won't dominate me forever this way,
cause I'll be gone on graduation day.
I think I got it now, I think I got it now,
No I don't, I
think I'm losing it now, it's over my head,
these stupid rules just don't make any sense.
Is this really part of my education?
