Once I knew a girl
Who didn’t stand out
She was ‘normal’ was always able to fit in
But she was a true hero
She died to save us
self sacrifice
She taught me something great
That I’ll never forget

it sounds simple I know
but to her it wasn’t
and to me it isn’t
It’s not as easy as it sounds
to pick a belief and stick to it
But we all need to learn
To always believe in something
If we keep changing our thoughts
to suit other people
we will loose ourselves
to something we will never know
We will always be some one else
something else
loose our soul
loose our spirit
This girl died to keep us safe
She died do what she believed in
She died to stop an evil man
from destroying us all
To others she was ‘that religious chick’
To us she was the bravest of us all
Without her He would be alive
and we would be dead
