Heavan's Grasp
Touching PoemTo cover teary eyes,
Coated with the blood,
That I gave up for him,
Waiting in the darkness,
Hoping for a spark,
Holding a limp hand,
With a final kiss in the dark.
Baby isn't coming back
So I'll hide my crimson eyes,
I'll kiss away my pain,
And hope heaven's not too far.
A whisper in the darkness declares
"Love will shine the way"
Letting loose the wall of fear,
And holding your hand as you die here,
How can I watch you slip away,
When I'll give the price to pay.
A life for a life,
A tear for a tear,
A kiss for a kiss,
Love, don't go.
How can I face hell alone?
When you'll be taken quickly by the angels.
You found me in the moonlight,
As I cried out all alone.
You held my hand and guided me,
You told me to hold on.
And now as I hold your hand,
I hope I'll guide you too,
I'll hold onto you,
And never let my baby go.
I hope you liked it, please rate honestly, I want to know what you think of this poem. This poem sortof goes with my series I Hope You Dance, but it can fit any problem, i got teary eyed as i wrote this, picturing two lovers saying goodbye as heavan took its hold. Rate and message -- Ari-chan
