I'll see you in Hell
I can see it in your eyes when we meet,
Unexpectably in the street,
Can feel the rate of your heatbeat,
Breaking every second.
You don't know who you are anymore,
You were one half I was the other,
I watch you clutch onto another,
Needing more then your own mother,
To take your pain away.
I remember your face next to mine,
Lips whispering See you in Hell,
Which suits me so well,
BecauseI don't have a soul to sell,
In fact it suits me down to the ground.
I remember, I had never wanted you more,
I lay awake that night on fire,
Next to a young man on hire,
One any woman, or man, would admire,
But I still thought of you the entire time.
You see I am a predator,
Scavenger and prey all in one,
Ican surviveonce all resources are gone,
And I will remain to see the sun,
Rise another day.
Sometimes I become a parasite,
Once I was the thorn in your side,
For you to show with pride,
When you tell of how you almost died,
From me, your battle wound.
I could be your armour,
Reflect your troubles away,
Sticks and stones you say?
No bones will break today,
Unless I decide to break them.
So, See you in Hell you cried!
Well, I am not one for debating,
Though I think it needs re-instating,
That hell is where I've been waiting,
For you, all this time.
