Dark side of my soul

The darkness is always there to welcome you, but will the light?

Here I sit in the darkness
pouring from my soul
You leave me to die
You leave me to cry
I have no more hope
only the wish to be alone
never granted
never gained
never accepted,
I stand alone

Everyone,
Every soul on this earth
has a darker side
some have a even darker side than most,
The terror
The horror
The screams
The wailing
lost hope
complete darkness surrounds me
drounding me in the hate I hold
I thought the light was what seared me
turning my skin red
making my eyes hurt
only the darkness can sooth the pain
carressing me with silken fingers like razors
cutting me open
making me bleed
I only feel the soothing of the Dark Embrace
A wind blows the hair from my face
showing empty pools of nothing
my face is white
I've been bled through
silken razors sliding down my arm once more
The stars are holes in the night sky
The moon is the eye of the devil
Come, lets dance in the blood of angels
falling like rain as they die
cut-up wings hanging from the wall
severed heads on the floor
bathing in a pool of acid
melting the shell that covers my soul
Laughter from the moon and stars
I feel myself melt away
Into nothing
Ashes blown by the wind
raining on burned down towns
fire licks the sky tonight
the the moans of pain
cutting my skin
A lullaby reaches my ears
the axe I carry screams for blood
I see nothing
nothing but the eye of the devil
watching me
The screams of the dead
sing to me
I breathe in the smoke
and feel desire burn my soul
Here I sit in the darkness
pouring from my soul
You leave me to die
You leave me to cry
I have no more hope
only the wish to be alone
never granted
never gained
never accepted,
I stand alone...
