To the death of the young niece (??? ?????? ??? ?????? ???????)

[another poem from my translated-into-english greek poems. In this poem we can imagine the melancholy that captured the poet while writting about the death of his brother's daughter]

Created by BloodsuckingPoet on Sunday, May 03, 2009

As you're settled in my brains
and my hearts can't scream it harder,
dearest daughter of my brother,
let your gentle face remain

Hopeless fights your corpse would give
for thy soul not to escape.
knever knew your bitter fate progress
