If Only You Had Listened To His Silent Cries

Created by nobody08 on Friday, May 15, 2009

Long dark hair
Nails painted black
He was a bit different
So you decided to attack
You called him names
And pushed him down
Humiliated him
And threw him around
You knocked his stuff
Right out of his hands
And made him a part
Of your awful plans
You caught him off guard
One day after school
You beat him up
Just trying to be cool
You ridiculed him
And spread nasty lies
Even though he remained calm
It was all a disguise
Outside he was collected
And very calm
But inside his heart
Was a ticking bomb
One day in the park
Walking up a path
You wanted to find him
And let out your wrath
You finally find him
But not how you planned
He hung by his neck
And blood dripped down his hand
But realization hits you
As you stare at that boy
His smooth calm nature
Was just a ploy
Tear tracks ran
All the way down his face
This is one mistake
Neither of you can erase
Then you realize
That you are to blame
And that you and he
Are basically the same
Longish hair
And wanting to fit in
It’s all your fault
He committed this sin
If only you had listened
To his silent cries
You would have seen
Those tears behind his eyes
