When will you see,
This life is for me.
I need to decide,
I need to learn,
I need suppourt.
You see me and I smile,
but in a while my thoughts are hard,
my brain is cold,
and my secrets untold.
An empty shell full of regret,
you always seem to forget,
but I remember again and again.
I wish for freedom,
for a life without pain,
but come to find its all the same.
My pain still stays the same,
like a cut untreated,
like an army retreated.
I feel alone,
with nobody home,
you always ask but I smile away,
and you never stay.
You send me away,
and I always pray,
that the next days better than today,
yet its all the same.
I try my hardest,
yet you still complain,
telling others,
once again.
I do nothing and you get mad,
I make it better,
you make it bad.
I wish for a change,
A time of reverse,
I wish for someone to realise,
my hurt.
Yet the pain stays,
and nobody ever sees,
I'm still smiling away,
yet it hurts me.
I can't take much more,
Life's a game,
I don't wanna play,
but I keep pushing on.
To make it better,
my expectations are high,
but so are yours.
I'm tired of this game,
but keep on playin.
But its time for me to say,
I'm tired of today,
don't wanna look back on yesterday,
but tomorrows the start of a new day.
