You were sitting on your balcony, staring up at the moon. 'Tommorow will be a full moon..' You thought with a smile. Shivering from a gust of wind, you got up and opened the glass door and walked inside. As you shut it you looked at the moon one last time

~FF to the morning~

You opened your eyes slowly and and sat up yawning. 'Another day of school..' You thought with a sigh as you got out of bed and made it. You took a quick shower, then got changed into your uniform and ate a small breakfeast. What did you eat?

Just a yogurt. Some toast and a glass of milk. My favorite fruit and a glass of fruit juice to go along with it. Plain old cereal.

After you finished eating you grabbed your pre-made lunch and placed it into your bag, along with your cellphone and school work. You grabbed the keys to your apartment and left, locking the door behind you. "Have a good day, ~~~~!" Called a woman.

Thanks, you too! Hn, thanks. Umm.. thank you!

The woman smiled in response as she watched you walk away. Most people in the apartment building were very friendly to you. They took care of you and you considered them family, since you didn't have any real family; besides Arielle, of course.

What nice people! I'm so thankful I have them. Hmph, atleast some people care about me.

Upon arriving at school you nearly bumped into one of your classmates, Zoey Hanson. "Sorry ~~~~, are you okay?" She asked with a sheepish smile. You returned her smile and nodded. "I'm fine, don't worry." You said as you and her began to walk.

It's my fault, really. Watch where your going, sheesh. S-Sorry Zoey..

"Why were you in such a rush?" You asked as you walked down the halls of the school. "Oh I uh.. was just going to see.." She trailed off, her cheeks turning red. "Just going to see Mark?" You mused, an amused look on your face. Zoey blushed darker.

Hah! I knew it! ;D Aww, how cute.

"Zoey!" Came Mark's voice. Zoey looked up and her eyes lit up, a happy smile on her face. "Hi Mark!" She shouted waving her hands wildly. You giggled as he approached the two of you. "Oh, hey there ~~~~, mind if I borrow Zoey?" He asked with a smile.

Nah, she's all yours loverboy. I guess you can..

You nodded and watched as they walked off. "Oh, see you in class, ~~~~!" Zoey called, glancing back at you. You waved to the two as you headed towards your first period class. You were first there, as usual.

It was now lunch. Students flocked to you, asking if you'd like to eat with them. "Sorry, I have things to do." You said with an apologetic smile. You didn't understand why you were so popular. You hurried out of the school and towards the hospital.

I'm sick of them talking to me everyday.. Why DO they like me? I hardly talk to any of them.. Everyone loves me, now let me go back to them!

You entered the hospital. "Hello ~~~~." Said the woman at the counter. You were here every day, so everyone pretty much knew you. You smiled at her and continued towards your sister's room. "I don't wanna eat this stuff!" You heard her yell.

What's going on? Who's making my sister yell?! Uh-oh, I'd better hurry..

You opened the door and saw your sister glaring at a nurse. The nurse had a tray of hospital food in her hand. "~~~~!!" Arielle said happily when she saw you. You smiled and looked at the nurse. "I'll handle her, don't worry." You said to her.

The nurse nodded and left, leaving you and your sister alone. "Arielle.." You started, but she cut you off. "~~~~, you know I hate the food here, and so do they!" She said as she folded her arms over her chest. You sighed and sat down on a near by chair.

Listen here you brat, Arielle listen, Arielle...

"Arielle, you can't keep throwing their food away. I can't make it for dinner times, and you need the food to help get better." You said to her, making her sigh. "I know.. but I like your cooking so much more." She said looking at you sadly.

"Anyways, here," You said as you pulled a lunchbox out of your bag. "I made your favorites." You handed the lunchbox to your sister with a smile. Her eyes lit up and she smiled. "Thank you so much ~~~~!" She shouted as she opened it.

Heh, don't mention it. No problem, sis. You're welcome, Arielle.

You laughed softly as your sister started to eat. You pulled out your lunchbox that you had made for yourself and placed it in your lap. "Can you bring me those cookies tommorow?" Arielle asked. You nodded and opened your lunchbox. What's in it?

Sushi, fried omlette, and rice! Onigiri, octopus shaped sasuges, and dumplings! White rice, hamburger steak, and brocoli!

"Yeah, I'll get some for you." You said as you started to eat. "Yay!" Arielle cheered as the two of you ate. You two continued to talk as you ate, until you finished and had to leave. "I'll see you tommorow, Arielle." You said softly as you hugged her.

Give those nurses hell, kid. ;) Be good and try to eat the food. If you need anything call me.

Arielle nodded as you two seperated from the hug. She pulled out her gameboy and turned it on. "Love you, ~~~~! Bye!" She said as she glanced at you, then down at her gameboy. You smiled and gave a small wave, then left.

~FF to after school~

You walked out of the school and sighed. "I'm so worn out.." You thought aloud as you walked. "~~~~! Wait for me!" Came Zoey's voice. You stopped and turned around as Zoey caught up to you.

What do you want? Yes Zoey? What is it?

"Want to walk together?" She asked with a smile. You nodded as the two of you started to walk side-by-side. "I've been meaning to ask you, where do you go at lunch?" Zoey asked. "To the hospital. My sister is there so I visit her every lunch." You replied

"Oh, I see.." Zoey said. "Sorry to hear she's in there." You smiled. "Thanks, she should be out soon though." You said as you came to a stop. "Well, this is where we say goodbye." You said to her. She nodded. "See you tommorow, ~~~~" Zoey said.

Later, Zoey. Bye Zoey, see you tommorow. Have a nice night, bye!

You waved to her and waited until she walked away. You looked up at sky and sighed. 'Time for work..' You thought as you walked towards the store. When you arrived the door were locked and the lights were off. You rose an eyebrow and knocked on the door.

OI, OPEN UP! Hello? Anyone home?

The manager came to the door and quickly unlocked it. "Oh, ~~~~, come in." She said quickly. You nodded as she stepped aside and let you in. "Hey, what's going on?" You asked as you looked around at all the boxes.

Are we moving to a bigger store? Did something happen?

"Well, I've decided to close the store down." She said. You gasped. "What?! Why?!" You shouted. The manager sighed placed her hands in her lap. "You see my mother is very sick, so I'm closing up to go and take care of her, sorry ~~~~."

You sighed and buried your face in your palms. "I'm sorry to hear that.." You mumbled. "Here ~~~~, your were always my favorite worker and I know that your situation is bad. So take this." She said as she handed you an envelope. Inside was.. 500$?!

W-What???!!

"Oh no, I couldn't accept this!" You said quickly as you glanced at the money then at her. She smiled and shook her head. "Take it and take care. I might re-open someday, and if I do, you'll always be welcome." She said. You faked a smile and nodded.

"Anyways, I've got to finish packing.." She said. You nodded. "I hope your mother gets well." You said to her. "Thank you, ~~~~. Goodbye." She said. You waved and left the store. Once outside, you sighed heavily. "Great, now I'm jobless.." You muttered.
