Do you like to dress in black?

I wear whatever is appropriate for the occasion, which includes various shades of red, blue, green, brown and black. I wear all black when I'm on the job, including an assortment of black body armor. I wear all black, all the time. You never see bright colors on my back. I wore brighter colors when I was a kid, but as I've matured my wardrobe has darkened considerably. I dress like a priest. My clothing is a hodge-podge of stuff I dug out of the trash and patched together with electrical tape. I dress in an assortment of bright colors, favoring loose, swishy clothing.

Do you like swords (sabre, katana, wakizashi, etc.)?

I am a master of the katana and wakizashi. No one is my equal. I am trained in the use of many weapons, including swords and other assorted bladed weaponry. That's Top Secret. I am a master of the lightsaber. Yes. Katanas are quite stylish and go well with my outfit. You're all going to die. I much prefer my trusty MP5 Submachinegun. Absolutely. I always carry one, as well as a knife, an Uzi and several grenades.

Where did you get all those wonderful toys?

I use my father's blade. Tank gave them to me. I bought them. I'm incredibly rich. Steve Jobs gave them to me. They come in colors. I inherited my weapons and armor from my ancestors. Taxpayer dollars. I stole it from other people. That's Classfied.

Are you good at climbing?

I'm a good climber, but my jumping needs some work. I've never really tried. I'm a good dancer though. Free-climbing, no, but I've got a device on my belt that shoots out this rope. I'm much better at rhyming. See, it rhymes with climbing. I practice rappelling almost every week to keep in top form. The trick is that it's easier to climb when you start at the top. I'm good at climbing the charts, so to speak. I'm an expert at climbing around in rigging.

Do you have mystical powers that defy rational explanation?

Do not underestimate the power of the Force. You mean like how I don't really exist? There is no Spoon. I can walk against the wind. Beat that. I can turn into a cloud of mist and fly. I'm bulletproof unless you kill my pet. No, but if people want to think I do... *shrug* There's nothing mystical about my powers. It's all hard work, devotion and a psychotic breakdown involving a bat cave.

Do you get along with your family/clan?

Well, I don't really get along well with my Dad. My family's always bickering over petty issues, and has been for countless centuries. I don't get along with anyone, really. I get along pretty well with my family, friends and associates. My kids don't really like me very much. My parents were killed in front of my eyes. It was all downhill from there. I had to leave my family behind when I took this job. I don't have any family. Just my co-workers and my pet wolf.

Are you very sneaky?

I'm sneaky when the situation calls for it. Sneak, snuck, snook. Sneaking around is dishonorable. Fight like a man. I'm pretty darn sneaky, but my associates like to shoot lasers and shout all the time. As long as I'm not hanging out with co-workers who dress in yellow capes, I'm damn near invisible. It's kind of hard to sneak around when you're on stage. Of course not. Being sneaky gets you nowhere in Hollywood. I'm the sneakiest. Watch me pull a quarter out of your ear.

Do you talk a lot?

I never speak. Ever. Although I could if I wanted. I speak only when spoken to, which is hardly ever. I talk only when necessary. Whoa. Arrrrrr. Noooooo. That's impossible. I never speak, because I'm mute. I talk up a storm when I'm on stage. That's my gig, man.

Do you play a musical instrument?

I walk the streets, a loaded six-string on my back. I am a master of several traditional musical instruments. I play the guitar, but I'm much better at singing. I prefer weapons like the flute, which can be quickly converted into a blowgun. No, but I make good mix tapes. I prefer spoken word. Watch me play an invisible piano. Yes, but it's probably something archaic and tragic, like the Transylvanian harpsichord.

Have you ever been photographed?

I don't show up on film. I have lots of photos of myself on my LiveJournal page. I've been in television commercials a lot, so I guess so. No, but you have. Yes, but then my friends blew our cover and shot all the cameras. Probably. But I'd never admit to it. Once, when I won third place at a poetry slam. Of course -- the photo is on my official identification.

Do you adhere to a code of ethics or honor?

You dishonor me by asking that question. Do not make me destroy you. I have my own code of honor, but the law doesn't agree with it. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering. I wear the black for the poor and the beaten-down. Yes, but most people don't believe it. I just follow and enforce the law. Of course not. Now hand over your valuables.

Can you write poetry?

I am an expert in haiku. I do my best work On the Road, actually. Do you consider songwriting poetry? I write dark poetry on my LiveJournal, most of it pretty embarassing. Mostly I just write songs about rum. I wrote this song once -- It can't rain all the time. I can write it, but I can't read it out loud. Of course. Just the other night I wrote a poem to my beloved Drusilla.

Do you consider yourself a hero?

You might say I'm a real American hero, actually. I'm more of an anti-hero, really. Alas, no. My work can never be known by those I love. I am The One. I'm considered a hero among the common people. No, I'm pretty much the bad guy. I'm a hero to the prisoner who has long paid for his crime but is there because he's a victim of the times. I consider myself a hero to the dozens of Mac users in the world.

Are you immortal?

I haven't found out yet. Yes. I will live on in ghostly form after I am killed. We are all food for worms. I live on through my music. I'm only immortal for a limited time. I will live on through my poetry. My fame will live on in the films I've made.

Can you work well as a member of a team?

I do my best work as part of a rowdy crew of swashbucklers. I work well either alone or as part of a team. It all depends. I work best as part of a small team of 5 or 6 men. I work alone because no one else will work with me, afraid of looking silly. I can work as a team but I tend to wander off at the end to face my own destiny. I work best when everyone else is obeying my every command. Obviously. My teammates and I fight against terrorists together every weekday afternoon. I work best alone, although I can deal with a sidekick or two.

Do you alter your appearance with cosmetics?

No, though I could probably use some. I wear make-up on my face as part of my costume. I don't use too much makeup. I wouldn't want to stand out. I wear makeup when appearing on film. I wear lots of makeup on my face when I go out dancing. I wear lots of heavy eye makeup. I like to paint my entire face to mimic a death mask. I wear a little bit. It gets hot and sweaty up on stage.

Do you wear a mask?

Since the world is just an illusion, you could say we all wear masks. I wear a mask when I'm at work, as part of my costume. I wear a mask when necessary, but most of the time I don't. I wear a mask painted on my face. See previous question. Not usually, but I have this hooded cloak I wear occasionally. Does an eyepatch count? Yes, I wear a mask because I was horribly deformed in an accident. I never wear a mask, but sometimes I wear an ornate helmet.

Do you lurk in the shadows?

Yes -- the sun burns my eyes. And my skin. No -- I much prefer to be out in the open air. Generally not. Most of my work is done during the daytime. When the situation calls for it. No, I tend to lurk in the park, or on the sidewalk. That's where the criminals are, isn't it? Actually I tend to be up in the spotlight, with the audience in the shadows. My entire existence is spent in the shadows. I do not exist.

What's your preferred mode of transportation?

I pilot my own stolen alien aircraft. I ride around in a black van. I leap from rooftop to rooftop. A tour bus. I fly. No, I don't need an airplane. Or wings. I turn into a bat. Whatever's available. Aircraft carrier, fighter jet, helicopter... Horseback, of course. I am an excellent horseman.

Are you a ninja?

Yes. No. Some people think I am, but I'm not. I'm nothing. I don't even exist. Who else could defeat an alien mothership with a Macintosh laptop? Of course not. That would be a dishonor, forcing me to commit Seppuku. Who else could beat Superman? I wear black, I lurk around at night, I don't show up in mirrors... What else could I be?
