Episode 2: Izumi's dirty little secret
“Hello Shigure, we are home. I’m having a friend sleepover if that’s fine!” Tohru yelled as we entered the small old styled paper house. “Any friend of Tohru is a fiend of” the man stopped on the staircase. “It can’t be.” He whispered loud enough for the Sohma’s to look at me, and I around. “It can’t be what Shigure?” Yuki’s voice sounded first slightly alarmed. “Her. You can’t be who I think you are?” He asked aloud walking closer. “Who do you think I am and we can correct things?” I backed up hitting the door. “Your name, oh, I forget since the birth. Um, ah that’s it, Izumi!” He yelled closing the gap between us. “Shigure, space” Yuki and Kyo yelled as he patted my shoulder. “Welcome back to the family.” He smiled brightly.
“Family” we all yelled the question in agony.
Shigure paused looking at his house hold. “She doesn’t know? You all do not know?” He asked looking down at the ground. “Let me call Hatori.” He whisked himself away to where I guessed the phone was. “I came to sleepover, not find out I’m related to carrot top.” I laughed dryly hoping Hatori wouldn’t know who I was; whoever he was. “Maybe I should go home.” I muttered ashamed I was hiding a secret. “NO! I invited you to sleepover. You can’t leave yet. And plus, wouldn’t it be adorable if you were related to the Sohma’s.” Yuki butted into Tohru’s sentence as a car horn honked. “And your friends can love you even more.” He sounded shocked and angry. “Listen Prince-boy. I don’t need anyone to love me more. I get enough love from my family. And if you have a problem with me being friends with your love party, than get ugly real quick.” I growled as a man walked in. “Hello Yuki, Tohru, and Kyo. Where is Shigure and” he stopped spotting me right in Yuki’s face. “It really is, Shigure, good looking. We have ourselves another Sohma, at least half.” Hatori muttered sitting in a chair. “Where did you find this one, Tohru?” He asked.
“Hold it right there Mr. Emo hair man! Who the hell do you all think I am?” I yelled in anger.
“Mr. Ken Saia and Mrs. Isis Sohma’s daughter” I stiffened.
“So you all do know about me. Does, he” I asked hoping they’d know who I was referring to.
“Akito wasn’t sure if there was another child. After your brother died, we weren’t sure if they’d ever have another.” I giggled. “I understand that feeling. After having me, I don’t think they will have another. No more children after dumb, rough, and annoying Izumi.” I chuckled. “Does that mean she knows?” Shigure popped in. “If you’re talking about the Zodiac curse than yes. I’m not totally stupid; I do somehow get my information about this family I’m half of. And when you all hardly hug a girl, or get a girlfriend I knew it was true. Now what one is what I haven’t a clue. But yes, I’m sure Tohru knows by now, she isn’t the most coordinated one here.” She smiled lightly. Shigure walked over. “I’m the dog, Hatori is the dragon.” He paused pointing to the two Sohma boys. “I’m the rat Mrs. Saia.” Yuki smiled lightly in my direction. I felt my face light up with flushed skin. “And I’m going to the roof!” Kyo yelled stomping to the door. “NO!” I yelled latching onto his waist.
*Poof*
“You’re a cat.” I paused; thinking of the old folk lord. “Oh snap.” I dropped him instantly.
Grabbing his clothing the cat dashed out the open door and into the woods. Staring I felt searing pain cross my heart. “It must be hard for him. Living in such a shadow of the family he is apart of. And so close to the spirit in which caused him so much pain.” My gaze drifted to Yuki Sohma. “I guess I have a lot to understand. As do you all” I chuckled looking into Hatori’s eyes. “Is Akito really wicked enough to do that to such a lovely face?” Crossing the floor I placed my hand on his face parting the hair from his eye. “I’m so sorry.” I whispered.
