“The DeVoe stench is still in here” Came Carver as Victor followed behind him “Its fresh with the smell of another clan too”

“Hmmm” Came Victor pleased he’s been waiting to take the young DeVoe boy out for a while, “Are they still here”

“No, the scents two days old” Came Lila Carver’s mate she was down for anything very loyal that’s why them two were a good match. They went on instincts.
“Why do they keep coming back”

“You think there looking for-” started Ben another member of there pack, Carver growled as did Lila,
“Im sorry Victor”

Victor dismissed the disrespect this time, He looked around the stony passage ways they’ve been down so many tunnels always catching leads but never the Chans, but Victor had patience for what he wanted and he wasn’t going to take no for an answer “I think you three could use a little action”

Their ears perked up “Keep talking” came Lila as they slowly transformed back, the stories about them being completely naked was a lie, They looked like regular people except they had their pack’s crest branded on their left wrist.

“There sure to come back here,” came Victor simply
“Why don’t you go simply to the edge of town and scare them a bit, until I can get what I want”

“We want to be in that action too” Came Carver

“I’m sure when you come back you could still join the fun” Came Victor as they turned to walk out the gutter, the sun was rising signaling the start of a new day, Victor sighed as the cool mountain breeze hit his face, The saying about Vampires burning was completely a scam used to comfort little human children. The truth was the sun just made them a little weak, more on their level but still superior. “Rest up”

They nodded their heads and ran off into the woods, this town was completely in the forest, And that irritated Victor too…

“You happy to be back on the road” I asked as he drove to the little town, I kept having weird drams about that underground city knowing we had to go back.

He nodded his head yes, the sun was setting and my gifts were completely in order. I haven’t felt this good in years. “Hope you got a lot of rest”

I nodded my head yes, as we crept into the quite forest, he let out a breath as I sighed too. Then I realized it was too quite…

“Did you hear that” I asked as I looked over at her eyes glazed over green, she looked like she was concentrating on things, she then looked up at me

“Its too quite” She said as she pointed up too the huge yellow full moon

“Fuck, how many”

“three, two males and a female” She said reporting it back “You see them, there running along the car, they were waiting for us”

“Their motives”

“Up for anything” she and I both smirked, I looked back up at the moon, werewolves could transform at any time but with a full moon they become stronger like with vampires and night. “They can hear us”

“So what are we going to do” I asked as she reached over and touched my hand, as it all flooded into my head, her eyes flashed to red as she held a fire ball and looked back to the back of the car as one black werewolf jumped on the back scratching my paint…bastared…

The werewolf flew of the hood as another came, I climbed to the back as I kicked that one of too, Quincey shot at them from the driver’s window as he kept the car going at 120 miles, They were coming fast the girl was determined to get Quincey and he was determined to get her back.

“Who are you working for” I asked as I straddled the one black one, fireball in my hand

“Why should I tell a dirty human like you” he said pushing me off as I stood up, he almost pushed me back into the backseat, I did a fire ribbon as he whimpered

“You don’t have to work for the Knights” I said calmly as I noticed his second brand, it was one I known but I was in a trance as I fought with him “You don’t have to fight at all”

He howled “Am I supposed to work with you, your just one of those humans who mooch of royal families” I kicked him in the jaw with a spin kick, yea I wasn’t calm any more, He fell of the hood as a brown one, Carver jumped on

“Long time no see” He said in his deep growl, He almost got the best of me, he had me pinned to the hood, his jaw was snapped above my neck, “I’ve been waiting for this for along time”

“Well, your going to have to wait longer” I said as I tried not to show my fear, Quincey was busy with the other two wolves now, the fight was going to come to an end,

“My loyalties lie with Victor” He said “Thought you were smarter than that, Since I can’t get Syd I guess you’ll do”

“Your no match for my brother” I said as he howled again as the other wolves howled too

“Im going to finish this fast” He said as I held my last fire ball, I hit him in his stomach as he rolled over, this time the fire was blue, I didn’t see them two jump on as the girl pushed me I fell back in to the seat as I kicked her, Carver slightly recovering did what he was named for, I held my stomach as I closed my eyes the good thing about water was I could control weather, I covered the moon with thick fog as they became weaker and used earth to use vines to pull them off the car, Quincey kept yelling for me to stay awake but I couldn’t really my head was hurting form how many times I got thrown into the car.

“Stop yelling” I mumbled as I climbed into the front seat, blood was all over the car, not just mine though
“I can’t think with you yelling”

“We have to get you to a hotel or something”

“No keep going, were so close”

“Well be just as close in the morn”

“I’m fine, I promise” I sighed as I could barely keep my eyes open

“Look if we keep going they’ll come back with more wolves”

I groaned he was right, He found a hotel, He helped bandage up the wounds they were deeper than I thought going from my under my bust to my hip. I hated the smell of blood, and the sight of it, it made me gag and faint, I was exhausted I couldn‘t fight it anymore…
