It took you an hour and exactly twenty three minutes for Severus to tell you the whole truth. He had forgotten the detail that if he didn't kill Dumbledore, then he would die. For he had made an unbreakable vow. If only you had met him earlier but there was nothing you could do about that. You would just have to deal with this. If you loved Severus and he loved you, both of you wouldn't allow something like this to stop eachothers love.
"Severus. I just love you so much. My past was nothing and then I met you, and I knew that I had a future. I'm not giving up on you", you said as Severus and you held onto your child. "Ryland needs you, we can get through this", you said smiling. "But I swear when I get my hands on Narcissa, she's a dead woman", you said with anger.
"But a mother loosing her child is painful, nothing worse than that. What would you have done?", he asked me.
The I realized that Severus was right, like always. You just wanted to be able to enjoy a great night with Severus without any interruptions.
"Hogsmeade?", you asked.
"After all of this?", Severus asked.
"We might as well. My father planned this for us", you said grinning. You were just so ecstatic to see Severus.
"Hope I'm not interrupting", dad said walking into my room. "I'll be babysitting Ryland while the two of you go to Hogsmeade", he said.
"Thank you", Severus said generously. Apparently they had been trying to work out their differences for you.
When it was time to go to Hogsmeade, you and Severus got onto a cart and began to drive up to Hogsmeade. Everything was perfect.
"You know I care about you", Severus said as he reached into his pocket, grabbing a beautiful ring. It had diamonds incrested all around it. You had no idea how he could afford it.
"Oh Severus! It's beautiful", you said giving him a kiss as he put it on your finger.
-1 hour later
You and Severus had spent a long and romantic dinner at Madma Rosmerta, who wasn't much of a good hostess. She was drunk off her rocker.
You could see Severus was in some sort of pain coming from his arm, apparently he was being summoned by the dark lord. You could see the little glow of the dark mark.
"He's summoning you", you said bitterly.
"I must go, sorry", he said agitated by how bitter you sounded in your voice. Like that, Severus had apparated to see Voldemort. Even though you didn't blame him, it still hurt.
As you reached Hogwarts, you could see a group of people using their wands.
"No, it couldn't be", you said jumping out of the cart and running toward the castle. You could see death eaters against aurors. You grabbed your wand and began to fight, seeing Bellatrix. Everything that happened was partially her fault.
"Oh you dumb b*ch. Do you know what my husband has to go through because of you", you asked grabbing ahold of her hair. But she gave a shrill laugh and pulled you off of her.
"You'll end up filth just like your mother!", she said grabbing for her wand.
You grabbed yours first, using the cruciatus curse on her. But you were suddenly pulled off by another masked death eater.
"Is that Lucius Malfoy I see?", you asked.
Just as Lucius tried to kill you, your father came out and began to fight him.
"Dad!", you said teaming up with him.
Once more order members came, the death eaters had scurried off.
"Are you alright?", you asked him.
"Fine, and you?", he asked.
But you didn't have time to answer him. You had just remembered that your son was in the castle.
"Ryland? Where is he?", you asked.
"Safe. With Hermione Granger", he said.
You ran inside Hogwarts, reaching for your child, who was crying.
"Thank you Hermione", you said grabbing Ryland.
"I saw you're moves. You're pretty good at this thing", she said. "Are you an auror by any chance?", she asked.
You pulled Tonks to the side. You didn't think that anyone would find out about this.
"Tonks. No one really knows of this, except the prime minister and Dumbledore. I was an ex-auror you could say. I sort of got lazy at nineteen and quit. Didn't think I was good enough anyways", you said.
"But you could be a great addition to the order", she added.
"Really?", you asked.
"But of course. You should really consider it", Tonks said patting you on the back as she scurried off.
You went to Dumbledore's office, thinking the idea was great. You did miss Severus and this way, you could still stay at Hogwarts while protecting the students. You wondered about Ryland though, where would he be? He was one years old and needed to be taken care of. But sure enough,Dumbledore knew a babysitter close to Hogwarts. While Severus was done teaching, he could always pick up Ryland from daycare.
"Thank you Dumbledore. What a wonderful idea!", I said.
"Ah,nothing better thanto have dreams rekindled in a young and hopeful soul", Dumbledore said eating a lemon drop.
"I have one more thing to ask you. What was Severus sent to do?"
You were terrified of the reply as Dumbledore took off his half moon spectacles.
