Beautiful eyes - A Sesshomaru story 26 (for Girls only)

What happened? you asked as confusion took over you. Didnt I loose to that foreign demon? Shouldnt I be in some sort of strange place waiting to meet his master? you looked questioningly at Sesshomaru and Rin. Sesshomaru smiled a small smile, but it was probably the biggest smile youd seen on his face since you first met him, and he opened his mouth to say something, but Rin beat him to it. I was so worried about you mommy, when this big ugly yokai hit you I thought for sure that I was gonna loose you but then something strange happened, he got careless and one of your attacking shadowthings managed to hit him and wound him very badly and you tuned her out, focusing on what she had said. God to see you awake, finally another, but familiar voice came from somewhere near you and you looked up to see Jaken sitting a bit away from you. You humans surely take your time about healing and such then he looked away, clearly not used to use such words talking to a filthy human such as yourself. You smiled vaguely, but surprised at him. When had he become so friendly toward you? Jaken, where did you come from? Not that its not good to see you too, but you asked. A filthy ningen like you have no business poking your nose into stuff like that he spat before waggling off to somewhere. Puzzled you shook your head and smiled, he hadnt perhaps changed as much as you had thought, but hey it was a start.
Jaken what happened to him? Does he have a fever or something?
How talkative Rin was for once
~Sesshomarus view~ We have to go now, Shippochan, sorry about the rough landing my to-be-mate said hurriedly before grabbing my arm and in the next moment we werent even close to the village. Surrounded by thick forest where I couldnt smell or see anything familiar I felt slightly disoriented, where were we? Well, I could care less about it, out from what Yami had told me Rin was in danger (hey guys, wouldnt it be a surprise if Rin was perfectly alright and you had just brought him here to kill him? Lucky for you that Im not a too evil person) and that was the only thing that mattered in the moment. Suddenly I became aware of Yami lying on the ground and in one sixth of a second I was kneeling by her side. Itai she said as she held on hand to her head before smiling softly to me. I never thought it would be that hard to transport someone with me she shook her head but winced by the pain it gave her. Ningen bodies obviously couldnt endure much (sorry about this, you/Yami are a very strong person, but a ningen (human) body can only take so much and youre not very used to all your kagepowers yet). I sighed. Can you stand? I asked her as she closed her eyes for a second and two. Hai she said and rose rather gracefully, even for a demon, to her feet. Rin should be over there she said and pointed in a direction. That was all I needed to hear and then I was off. If they hurt Rin I would make sure they would die a slow painful death.
Oh no! Rin! *anxious*

Not bothering to answer him, you used your powers to slide close to him, or more precisely, where his shadow was. Concentrating on the shadows around you, you sent some launches against where he was standing, but surprisingly he wasnt standing there anymore. You looked around, wondering where he could have gone without you noticing. Suddenly a hand grabbed your shoulder from behind and turned you round to face him. In a state of shock that he had escaped your attention, you barely avoided being cut and poisoned like Sesshomaru. A little more aware of him now you continued to attack him with shadows but it was as if they affected him nothing more than mosquitoes because he dodged them easily. As if that wasnt enough, he was very fast and you had your hands full by trying to dodge his attacks. From the sideline you could hear Rin squeal in fright as he came almost too close to you with an attack. Her squeal distracted you in two seconds, which was enough for the demon to give you a scratch on the cheek. Quickly you could feel your body going numb from the poison he had inserted in your wound and then your vision became blurry. No, your mind screamed at you while you fought to remain conscious. Your last thought before unconsciousness consumed you were that you wanted that bastard of a demon that had caused this to die.
Wha---? I I lost but, it cant be *confused* this wasnt supposed to happen.
*yawn* still boring, I need to go and get some sleep, bye!
Whats going on here? Werent I supposed to win this fight? After all, this IS the last quiz, ne? Dont tell me that it doesnt end happy *glares at eotd while screaming bloody murder* (Me: *giggle* damn, did I just giggle? Oh well)
For some time you two just stood facing each other, the aquamarine-haired demon closing his eyes as if sensing something. Boiling with anger inside, it was all you could do not to attack him there and then, but if you did you might never know why the pitiful creature, or soon-to-be pitiful, had chosen to attack you and your newfound family. In the end, just before you lost your patience, did he open his eyes which had a humoured look in them. So you are the kagejin thats been observed in this area? Oh please, you thought, not another lunatic. Yeah, and whats it to you? you asked, quite aggressive, how dare he do that to Sesshomaru? Nothing actually, its my master that has requested your presence, and I am here to escort you to him he smirked and looked at Sesshomaru. If you dont want to end up being drugged down like him, I suggest that you obey the smirk went into a cruel smile, almost pleading with you not to obey so he could drug you down just like he did with Sesshomaru.
No way, Ill make that bastard pay!!!! (Me: yeah lets beat the crap out of him shall we?)
At least Rin isnt hurt too much, just a little dirtied (Me: is that all you think of? You: what else is there to worry about, Sesshomaru will be fine and Ill kick that bastards ass Me: well ^^;;)
Sesshomaru! Please tell me that hes okay! Tell me that hes okay, or or or Ill go into an alliance with the evil squirrels and make them come after you!
Then you looked up at Sesshomaru and shared a smile with him, both knowing that Jaken wouldnt change totally for a good while. Suddenly Rin frowned. Mommy, are you going to stay with Rin and Sesshomaru? I mean for forever? you looked at her and wondered what had made her think of that, but kids being kids, she didnt need to have a reason to start thinking about it. You started nodding, but before you had completed one nod you were engulfed in a huge hug with Rin. Then she brightened considerably and exclaimed That makes me so happy before storming off to find Jaken. You looked at Sesshomaru and gave him a hug too, which he returned. Then he whispered into your ear Its not official yet confused you created a little more distance between you and gave him a questioning look. Yami, will you be my mate? he asked softly and his eyes twinkled a bit with amusement at the growing smile in your face. Hugging him tightly again you smiled and whispered back Yes yes I think I will be Then you shared a deep kiss until you both ran out of air. Smiling softly at him you said something that had suddenly come to your mind. We still have to retrieve the kimono though

~Your view~ You looked in the direction you had pointed to and where Sesshomaru had disappeared in before you started to run after him. You ran rather slowly because you didnt want to upset your already throbbing headache too much. However after a while your headache died down. Pleased that it was gone you sped up and soon you found yourself in a little clearing in the forest. The sight that met you wasnt exactly surprising; Sesshomaru fighting some yokai spawn. What shocked you most though, were the sight of Rin; her clothes were tattered and torn and she was covered in dirt from top to toe. Her hair was just a huge mess and over her cheek were a huge gash that had probably been the thing that had warned you about her being in danger. It took her one minute to discover you and her eyes lit up as she did so. Mommy! she whined and ran over to you and before you could say annoying little brat you were engaged in a huge hug. All the while she was hugging you; you watched the fight between the foreign yokai and Sesshomaru. The yokai were tall and had short spiked hair in the colour of aquamarine. His eyes were unusually big and were a really dark shade of blue. His clothes werent as tattered and torn as Rins, but they werent exactly new or well tended to. In contrast to his clothes, he was clean and his hair was neat. Somehow though, you felt that his presence werent right. He seemed to be about equal to Sesshomaru, when one slashed the other dodged and the other way round. None of them seemed to give an inch or slow down, both with strong pride and unwilling to back down. Suddenly did the foreign yokai slash out in an unexpected movement and you gasped as he managed to scrape Sesshomarus left cheek. For a moment time seemed to stand still. Some blood drops were trickling down Sesshomarus cheek, standing out in strong contrast to his fair skin. One tenth of a millisecond later he was on the ground, paralyzed. Probably because of some kind of poison. Heh, heh heh the yokai smirked at the paralyzed lord in front of him. Thats how it goes when you underestimate me he spat at the ground beside Sesshomaru before turning towards you.

Mommy! a voice called out through the thick fog. MOMMY!!! it called again. There was something familiar about the voice but you couldnt seem to recognize it. Yami? a voice that could be described as stone-cold with a hint of worry and care in it said in a more quiet manner. This voice was also familiar. Suddenly you recognised the voices and remembered what had happened. Hurriedly you opened your eyes and looked straight into the amber eyes that belonged to Sesshomaru. At the other side of you sat Rin with tears in her eyes and stared at you with a big grin plastered on her face. You sat up and had to support yourself with an arm because of dizziness from sitting up too fast.
Wtf? Didnt I just loose the fight? Im confused big time!
Strange I could have sworn that I lost the fight
