First about the title... This is Satoshi's line which have
to mean 'You are the light... I am the darkness.' I really liked the sound of it
so I put it for the title. But since I don't know Japanese I don't know if it's
the right way to write it. If it's not right, tell me.
Your family name is Hikaru and you and Satoshi know from
the University. You were the best but after he went for Azumano you have never heard from him (not
that you were friends or so, you just forget for him) till one day you hear
from his father, asking you to help Satoshi to capture the great phantom-thief
Dark. You are also very good at disguises (cold Mistress of Disguise). You
always call him Hikari not Hiwatari or Satoshi. I'll work with the manga and the
anime. For the one that have and/or know the
volume the thing will start at Volume 2 Chapter 6 (or ch3 for the volume) at the
party when the great phantom thief will want to steal "The Nightscape of
Yuipiria"
[Let's start]
"It's been a while, Satoshi." Mr. Hiwatari say to his son. "I haven't seen you
in a while, so I was getting lonely. Come, I want to show you someone."
The two men near you. You were dressed like a man and noone could say that you
were a woman.
"Hikaru, this is my son, Satoshi Hiwatari." Mr. Hiwatari say.
"Greetings, Hikari-kun. Call me Hikaru." you say.
"Hikaru-kun?" he wanted to be sure for the gender.
"Just Hikaru."
"Let me show you the painting."
He take you to a dark room. After opening two or tree locks you find
yourself in front a beautiful painting. You take a closer look with
Hiwatari.
"This one is a fake?" Hiraki say.
"Yes," you say. "But I don't think he'll steal it."
"And why so?" Mr. Hiwatari ask.
"Because he already know it's not the real one."
"Why do you think so?" Mr. Hiwatari ask again.
You give a smirk.
"Go , Dark, go." you say watching the painting. "It's no
need to capture you now. I'll leave that to the real Hikari."
"What will that mean, Hikaru?" Mr. Hiwatari ask.
"He is a little crazy, but for one thing he's right. Dark knows." Hiwatari
run out of the room for the museum.
"What was that, Hikaru?"
"That wasn't the real Hikari."
"Why do you say that?"
"The real Hikari will never ask "Hikaru-kun?". Even with the
disguise he'll
remember me, and he perfectly know it's "Hikaru-san"!"
"Maybe he forgot."
"Hikari never forget."
"I'm glad you are on our side."
Mr. Hiwatari say that you'll stay Hiwatari in his apartment so that you
two can
work together.
You were sitting on the sofa when the door open. The clock was showing 12:34.
Mr. Hiwatari had already left since he had to catch a plane. You knew that, so
this was or a burglar, or Hikari.
He come in angry. Everywhere was dark and he didn't turn the light. He took of
his T-shirt and put it on the sofa next to you, but he did saw you since he was
watching his arm.
"Dam it!" he say to himself.
"So, you didn't catch him, ah?" you say. He suddenly turn and look at you.
You were still dressed like a man. He was looking at you very careful.
"Hikaru." he say.
"I knew you didn't forgot me." you give a smirk and take of your mask. "Who can
forget such a beautiful face."
"Isn't that my line?"
"Yes, but you will not say it."
"What are you doing here?"
"I'm here to help you. Here, read this." you give his a letter from Mr. Hiwatari.
He take it and read it.
"What are you going to be at school? Will we know or not? Just don't say old
love or something."
"You wish. Don't you know you long lost twin sister? We were separated as little and
now your good and loving father found me."
"How much that took you to think it out? 10 minutes?"
"Your father told me."
"So you have to look like me?"
"You are talking to the Mistress of Disguise."
"Ok, and where are you sleeping? I don't have extra bedroom."
"I see." you look around the messy place. "I'll sleep on the sofa. Don't
worry, I don't sleep mach."
"As you wish."
"Don't you have the world 'cleaning' in you big vocabulary?" you say
when you look how dusty is the table in front.
"I have no time, but I think you'll have some time to do dusting if you are
that bored."
"If Dark is that good, than I'll won't have time..."
"You are not going after Dark!" he say wail going upstairs.
"What?" you say calmly like him. "What do you mean?"
"I mean that I said, you are not going after Dark. You'll stay with the
policemen down, so that you can write your report."
"And why should I listen to you?"
"Because I over rang you."
"Works for me. But I still am going after him."
"As long as you don't get in my way."
[At wake up]
It's dark in the room, but you don't know is
it from the closed windows or because its night. You look at the clock which
shows that it's 4:37. You go to Satoshi [Mistress-sama: I don't know if
you have watched careful the 4th episode (In Between Light and Darkness) but
from there I see that the place where he lives is not more than 2 rooms. One big
room with stairs that go up to something like a big balcony where he have a bed.
I think there are two rooms since I didn't saw kitchen. I saw a tab under the
stairs but I'll put it in another room ^^ Let's continue ]
He was sleeping but by his face you could tell he was having a nightmare.
"What are you dreaming, Hikari?" you thought. You raise your hand
to touch his face but stop. You don't know why you think that it will be better
not to touch him. You turn and go to the bathroom. [I told you I will put
it in another room.].
