Recap from Solving Cases but Guilty of a Crush part 17: 'What do I do?! Where's the beer? I don't know where anything is!!' You screamed in your mind as you shut your eyes tightly to think. "Hey." You heard a voice say from in front of you. You opened your eyes and saw Taisho standing in front of you. He was leaning down (so he could be eye level) and his hair was covering one of his eyes. "I bet your wondering where the beer is, correct?" He asked standing straight and tall again. You only nodded. "Well, just go to the bartender over there and tell them you need a beer or two or whatever amount you need, okay?" Taisho said as he pointed to where a bartender stood behind a counter. He waved at Taisho and yourself. Taisho gave a wave and then nodded to you. He then left to go back to the bar door. You hadn't noticed the bartender before. Must've missed it when you came in. You decided to push that thought away as you ran over to the bartender. He was a young man in his late teens maybe early twenties. He had brown hair and emerald green eyes. He looked around 6 feet tall and he had nice pale skin. He wore a plain white button-up shirt and blue jeans that covered part of his black boots. "Hey." Was all he said. "Uhh, hi." You say. "What does the new waitress request of me?" He asked. "Oh, that's right! I need a beer please ... umm, Mister Bartender!" You say quickly. He sighs. "Mister Bartender?" He asks. You bite you lip as you hoped you had not offended him. "My name is Kagami Mizuki. And here." Kagami said as he handed you a mug full of beer. You took it, bowed to him in respect and then returned to table one. "Here you go." You say to the man at the table. "A little late, but I guess that's okay because you're cute." He said as he started gulping down the beer. You tried your best not to give him a disgusted look for that 'you're cute' comment.

~Quiz Start~ After giving out some beers, keeping yourself from going mad from the drunks and making continuous trips to and from the Kagami two familiar faces came through the door of the Frozen Rose. Rachel and Kai, the new student at your school, seated themselves at one of the tables. Kai looked totally different though. His semi-long hair (check the last question in part 10) was now cut short and spiked up. His light brown highlights were no longer that color. Instead, the highlights were now a dark red color. He was totally changed! Rachel must've forced him to get a hair cut and his highlights done while they were out But you could still tell it was him because of his facial features. His green eyes and his slightly tan-ish skin. 'Wait a minute didn't dad say that he would go and get Kai and Rachel or something like that?' You thought to yourself. You looked down at yourself. You didn't want Kai or Rachel to see you like this! Although you desperately needed to ask Rachel about dad! Your mind was racing! What were you to do? You saw Rikku walk casually over to Rachel and Kai's table. "'Ello there! What can I get you and your lovely companion here to drink?" Rikku asked cheerfully as she directed the question to Kai. Kai scratched the back of his head as Rachel blushed. "Sorry, we're not really going out." Kai explained. "Yes, you see, I'm interested in someone else." Rachel and Kai said at the same time. They looked at each other and laughed. Rikku giggled politely along with them. When the laughter calmed Rikku asked again for the beverage they wanted. You looked around. No one was calling for any drinks right now. You walked up to Taisho, who was standing at the door of the Frozen Rose awaiting customers. "Hey, Taisho," You greeted. Taisho only nodded to you as to acknowledge your presence. "Don't we get breaks?" You ask straight out. Taisho gave you flat eyed look (-_-). "Complaining already, now are we?" Taisho inquires. You shook your head quickly to tell him no. "No, no! Nothing like that! I was just wondering because not many people are-" You stopped your sentence when you felt a hand on your shoulder. Taisho was staring at the person behind you. He glanced at you to tell you to help him or her out. Taisho then smiled. "Hello there. Enjoying your time at the Frozen Rose?" Taisho asked. "Everything's fine." The boy, who you now knew was Kai, answered (you could tell by his voice). You stood there. Frozen in fear he would tell Rachel if he were to recognize you. You didn't want him to know you were working here! You were one of those straight A students (me: Well even if you don't get straight As now, you do in this!)! Now look at you. This would be a complete embarrassment! Plus, you couldn't deny the fact that Kai was good looking and that you wouldn't want to be embarrassed in front of a good looking boy like this! Taisho saw the distressed look on your face and nodded for you to turn around. You couldn't deny your boss you turned around and faced Kai. He looked you over and smiled. "You know, you look kinda like this girl I saw at school a few days earlier. Oh well. You couldn't be her," Kai said as her put a strand of your hair behind your ear. You sighed in relief that he didn't think you were you. "You're too cute to be her." Kai told you, laughing a bit. Your sigh turned to a blush. Did he just compliment you? But at the same time didn't his just disrespect you? 'But in any case, he does think I'm cute.' You think and then turn scarlet red from thinking about it. You felt Taisho nudge you from behind and bring you out of your trance. You looked at Kai again. "Oh, umm, sir, would you be needing of any of my service?" You stutter. "Actually, yes. Would you mind showing me to the bathroom?" He asks. You were about to say you were busy because if you were alone with Kai he might just ask you some questions and you may give out to much information and he might find out you really ARE ____. But someone else answered for you. "She wouldn't mind at all. Now would you, Tsukiko?" Taisho ask, emphasizing the name Tsukiko. You looked at Taisho quickly and then looked back to Kai who was waiting patiently for you to show him. "Of course not. I wouldn't mind." You said. 'Thanks Taisho!' You thought as you took Kai's arm gently and led him outside of the club. While you were working before, you had to use the bathroom a few times and Rikku showed your where it was, so you knew now.

Feh! Kai is nothing compared to Jimmy! (Person from option 1: Nu uh! Kai is waaay better!) Is not! (Pfo1: Is to!) (me: [jumps in-between pfo1 and pfo2 before it becomes a cat fight] Break it up! Break it up!)
You looked both ways for cars and then quickly crossed the street with Kai not to far behind you. You waited for him to catch up with you. Once he did he stood beside you and looked around. "Woah. You have to walk across the street just to get to a bathroom?" He asked, chuckling a bit. You smiled and then looked up the street to a abandoned apartment house. That's where you had to go to go to the bathroom. "C'mon, let's go." You said as you took Kai's arm and led him up the street. "What school do you go to, Tsukiko?" Kai asks as he lets himself be dragged to the abandoned apartment house. "Uhm " You began and then pause to think of an unreal school, so he wouldn't know you were really ____. "I go to Kara Mao High School." You say. Kai only nodded. He probably didn't want to offend you by saying he didn't know any school like that. You were coming up to the apartment house. "Ka- Sir, I think I should warn you in advance about the floor boards in this house." You said. You were about to say Kai but you hadn't even asked him his name. You didn't want him to suspect you because you already knew his name when he didn't tell you it in the first place. "Go on." Kai urged. "The floor boards are a bit old, so be careful where you step." You say as you push open the door of the apartment house and walked in. It was pretty dark in the apartment. You could slightly see some of the things inside because of the light that you were letting in from the door. There was a couch to one side of the room and a small wooden table with two chairs on the other. It was very plain and yet very scary. Who would abandon a couch, a table and two chairs to go with the table? And in a two story apartment? Wouldn't they leave it upstairs so it would seem like they forgot it instead or downstairs and right next to the door where they couldn't have missed it? These questions came into your mind as you started closing the door. Rikku said that they didn't want to attract attention by leaving the door wide open, although you could leave it open so that it would allow a sliver of light to come in and allow you to find you way to the door easier. You pulled the door gently and then once it was to the point where it would actually close you pushed it open a little and then left it like that. "All right, let's go." You say to Kai. He didn't say anything as you grabbed his hand and headed for the stairs that led to the second floor where the bathroom was. You gulped as you heard the floor boards under you creaking, threatening to break at any moment. "Kai, we should start a conversation. It makes this a whole lot better." You said as you now latched your hands around Kai's arm. "A- all right," Kai stutters as he blushed at the fact that you were clinging to his arm. "What do you want to talk about?" He asks. "Anything. Just make up something to talk about." You say uneasily. "Fine." He sighs as he thinks about something to tell you. "Umm I owned fourteen pets once. But now I only have a cat and a dog." Kai says. "Fourteen?" You ask quietly. Talking about pets right now wasn't really helping you much. "Uh huh. Ten fish, three cats and one-" Kai started but didn't get to finish as the floor board below him cracked and sent him down into the darkness. "Kai!" You scream.
O_O OMG!! KAI! What do I do?! What do I do?!
-_- No loss to me. I better just go back to the Frozen Rose and wait for Jimmy.

Hmm you seem to have taken a liking to Kai. Yes, Kai is an option now. I know hes not from Case Closed and all, but I needed another option. Anyway >_< Kai just fell threw the floor!! What are you going to do ____?! You have to save him!!! (Sorry, quizilla wont let me upload the picture of Kai I wanted, so Ill have to look for a new one and post it next time. Sorry. For now I'm just going to use this random picture. THIS IS NOT KAI.)

^^; Haha. I know, short quiz. But getting to then point ... You're a pretty dedicated Jimmy fan! You don't care much for Kai at all. As long as Jimmy is safe and well you're joyous and don't have a care in the world ... except for when you're in a totally creepy abandoned house!
