Alone in my dark hours

Chapter 1

it was 2036 I was waiting to be shipped off to an unknown planet which our government is sending us to, they said by going their we have a better chance to win this war our objective was to claim something from their inner city but I had no idea what we are looking for it was only told to our sergeant or what most men call him fear. He was the most feared man in our whole platoon he used to shoot his own men if they cowered and tried to run away from battle and boy I don't not envy the person who has to clean up after his mess.

In the meanwhile one of my squad mates just walked passed me to get geared up for take off she was this smoking hot girl who has just been transferred from the black ops she had short black hair about 5ft 6 and a deadly smile, I had to know her name no one in our squad could find out what her name was so the guys decided to call her mystery because she never spoke to us she only killed, silent but deadly.

It 6.12 it was time for take off so or squad boarded AT250 and strapped ourselves in for safety for any unexpected attack on our ship. It was a long journey to the planet so to keep our minds off the hours some of us listened to their music and others were playing card games but I was talking to private curse, that is what he called himself for the believe that he thought his family was cursed every time they went into battle because everyone around them was killed enemies and allies alike but I tried cheering him up saying “don't worry everything going be OK stick close to me I had some medic supplies” even though I had doubts that everything was going be ok I did not have much experience with first aid. We talked about what are we looking for on that planet but no of us could even think what was their then we move don to the subject of our experience in battle he told me he had a lot of experience and that he has been alone too many times and how terrible it was I just wished that would not happen to me. Then I told him what my experiencee in battle was like I could only tell him about my simulation... this was my first time I was scared and paranoid of what stories I have been told but their was one mistake I have made while I was on the ship...i fell asleep.

It was 10.45 we have reached the outer rim of the planet...
