Chapter Selector

Many folks who enter the sector of body-building select this field as it is virtually designed for introverts. You come to the gymnasium alone. You put in your time alone. You cook your meals alone. Much of what you do in body-building is an individual effort. In other sports, you've got the friendship that comes with practicing together each day. In bodybuilding, aside from a coaching partner or the people you see each day, you are on your own. For that reason, many of us with social anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsion disorder, or simply plain bashfulness, are drawn to the domain of iron pumping.
as we get older, we often find the world or medicine is in a position to help our bodies adjust to the stressors of age and society. Many bodybuilders are prescribed this medicine when their OCD, depression, or anxiety becomes too great. But how does it affect bodybuilders?

They can gain up to 25 pounds. This is a consequence of their liver cycles being tied up with the Prozac and the body being totally unable to process fat as efficiently as before.
If anxiousness was keeping you from growing, that might end. You'll have to work harder to get off the couch and go to the gymnasium, but it'll be worth it.
cautions
You'll find that 1-2 drinks makes you feel quite intoxicated, although you can normally handle much more with no problem. You may also respond quicker to medicine and yes, even anabolic steroids.
It will improve many parts of your life, and should not affect body-building progress too much, as long as you're ready for it.
