Chapter Three
Matt's POV
You have got to be kidding me! Marriage? To Sheila? Of all people! Why?! I would rather marry Chuck Norris! AND I AM NOT GAY FOR ALL WHO JUST THOUGHT I WAS! This has to be some kind of joke! I finally stopped yelling at my parents and sat down. Sheila's step-siblings were texting and totally ignoring everything. Katherine's (Sheila's mother) new husband looked pissed and was whisper yelling at her. Aaron looked so happy. Little basturd. One of the siblings finally said,
"Did anyone seriously not even realize that Sheila left?" She looked pissed
"She's fine she will be home soon. I just texted her." The brother said.

"When did she leave?" Katherine asked with tears in her eyes. Wow. Her own mother didn't even realize she left. Not that I should be saying anything becuase I didn't even notice but still.
"She left when her new fiancee started screaming." Roger? I think his name is spoke up.
"Why didn't you stop her?" she demanded
"Why? She looked like she was about to cry and she needed time to absorb this information rationally. Before she throws a fit." He looked at me with a look that clearly said thats what I should have done but Oh well I dont give a shit.
We heard the door open and Sheila stepped in with puffy eyes. She walked in and went to the kitchen and grabbed a bottled water.
"If you will excuse me but I am going to do some homework over at Beverely's house. I have a test tomorrow and I will be staying the night over at her house. I need to stay away from the house for a little bit. I will see you tomorrow mom. Rick, Beth, Roger, I will talk to you guys later. Martha, George, Aaron, Matt. Hope you guys had a good drive. Hope you all come and visit again. By the way nice prank. Very believable but see the thing is...Matt turns 18 next week. Which means it couldn't happen because he would be a free legal adult." She stood their smugly. She did have a point. 18 and that means legal adult. Wait. How did she remember my birthday was next week? When I am about to ask I get interrupted by her step-father.
"Sheila, I honestly don't know how to say this but in the agreement it says when both turn 18 both shall be married so he can take over his father's business and it isnt affected even if you both are legal adults. It is a binding contract." He looked to the ground ashamed that he had to say it.
She was officially on the verge of tears. I wanted to do something because i hate crying but what was I supposed to do? Go up and hug her? yeah because that wont get me a good kick in the nuts.
"Also, he will be moving in with you so you can stay in Yolkville. He will be in your highschool and most of your classes." My mother said in a cheery tone. Bitch.
We were both speechless. Normally I would have fought but there was nothing to say. Sheila looked around and walked out. It was dead quiet. Her siblings went upstairs to help her or something.
Fricken Fantastic. I get to deal with the parents.
Sheila's POV
This can not be happening! Living here?! This has to be a joke. I laid down on my bed in an effort to calm down.
Rick and Beth came in a little while later and just sat on the bed trying to calm me down. I finally got up and went to my bathroom with a change of clothes. I changed into jeans and a t-shirt. I took off my smeared make-up and put my hair in a pony tail. I got clothes for tomorrow together and my books. I will use a homework pass for my homework. I really don't feel like reading about Sparta right now. Rick and Beth stayed silent on my bed as I got everything done.
"I will see you guys tomorrow or something right?" I asked with some hope.
"Of course!" Beth came up to hug me and so did Rick.
"I'm going to head over to Beverely's house. I won't be home til tomorrow after school." I said quietly
They both nodded and I walked down stairs and everyone was where I left them.
"Honey?" My mom asked.

"Yeah?" I replied back.
"Where are you going? You have to show Matt his new school tomorrow." Wow bitch mode much?Can my mother get anymore dense? Has that hair dye finally reached her head?
"Um...The school is right around the corner he can find it. I am going over to Beverly's and staying the night to cool off. He can find the guidance office on his own." I snapped and walked out of the house. Keys in hand and stuffing my stuff into my car. I pulled out of the driveway and drove down the road to Beverely's. I had to talk to someone and Beverely will help me not think about this stupid marriage.
Well...maybe somegood will come out of this...hahaha HELL NO!
