Contest 'WINNER' |Tyson Granger One-Shot| xXFor AnimeMangaEmo--x

I got this idea from playing |Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days| Because Roxas had a WINNER stick and it made me think of some contest. So I hope you enjoy this one-shot, another beyblade one too. Hehe.

To any girl winning a contest and spending a day with the Bladebreakers would seem just absoutlely like a dream come true. Most girls would gush over Ray and Kai, because they were the favorite. But, Rowen wasn’t just any girl. She was different and unlike all the rest wasn’t a total gushing fan-girl that would jump at the chance to spend time with her favourite Bladebreaker(s).

Rowen was just a normal girl. A normal girl that beyblades! The girl didn’t think much of it when she entered the contest. She had a hope of winning but, out of the thousands of girls to enter that contest, she couldn’t believe she was the one to get picked.

Rowen soundly sat in the BBA waiting room, her ocean blue eyes surverying the area. She had been here before, only about once or twice on the account of a local small beyblading tournament. Now she was here because of the contest she won. Rowen couldn’t help but feel nervous as more time passed by.

She ran a cool hand through her dirty blonde hair and let a sigh pass her lips. She glanced at the clock and then at the paper. The paper said 12o’clock, the clock said 12:30. Rowen frowned slightly. She fiddled with the paper a bit, because she had absoutely nothing better to do. A few moments later a boy with Dark Navy hair rushed into the room. He brushed himself off and sighed. Rowen blinked, watching him.

He walked up to the secretary and asked her something. She motioned to Rowen when the simple wave of her hand. The boy turned to the girl and smiled gleefully. He strode over to her that same smile still on his face. “Hey there, uh, sorry about being late. I kind of lost track of time, hehe.” He rubbed the back of his neck out of embarrassment. Rowen nodded. “It’s okay, you must be…” “Tyson! Tyson Granger, the World Champion Beyblader, at your service!” Rowen giggled. Tyson grinned.

Rowen folded the paper and slipped it into her pocket and smiled. “My name is Rowen, I’m the contest winner, at your service.” Tyson laughed lightly. “Nice to meet you Rowen, I’m surprised actually.” The blonde quirked an eyebrow at him crossing her arms. Tyson raised up his hands in defense. “What I mean is…most girls are, overly-happy fan girls, and none of the guys really like those type of girls anyways.” Rowen nods understanding and smiled. “I see, heh. So, when do I get to meet the other guys?”

The navy haired boy smiled sheepishly. “Actually, it’s just me today. The other guys couldn’t make it. Ray has to work, Max is away with his dad, Kenny is home sick and I know Kai wouldn’t both to come. If that’s okay, if it’s just you and me…?” Tyson’s cheeks turned a light shade of pink. “Okay, sure.” “Great! Let’s get going then shall we?” Rowen nodded.

After the sights Tyson had shown her—most of which were resturants—Rowen and Tyson took a trip to the park near his Dojo. They conversed in small chatter asking each other questions. Sort of like 20/20. Rowen was definitely enjoying this day more and more. She really wished it wouldn’t come to end. Noticing the time, she had guessed it had to be around 6 or 7, and Rowen was sure Tyson had to go home soon.

”Do you beyblade?” Tyson asked. Rowen nodded, She pulled out her blade and showed it to Tyson. “Whoa, nice blade! You planning on ever going pro?” Rowen shook her head. “No, I haven’t really thought of it, I just like to play the game. It’s fun, and I enjoy it.” Tyson nodded with a smile. He then procceded to pull out his beyblade as Rowen put hers away. “Want to have a beybattle?” Rowen shook her head laughing nervously.

”No way, you’re the world Champion. You’d kick my ass in a heartbeat Tyson.” “Well that is true.” Tyson laughed. Rowen rolled her eyes laughing along with him. She was really enjoying herself, and enjoying the time she was spending with Tyson. It felt almost magical. Their laughter was cut short when a brown haired girl stompped onto the scene. She glared harshly at Tyson. “Tyson! You missed practice again!” She snapped at him.

Tyson rolled his maroon eyes at the girl. “I told you Hilary, I was busy! I had to attend to something.” Hilary scoffed. She placed her hands upon her hips frowning. “Excuses, excuses!” She turned her attention to Rowen, who looked completely lost at the moment. “And who are you—?” “I’m—” Tyson cut Rowen off. “She’s none of your concern Hilary, just leave us alone.” Tyson responded stepping in front of the girl in a protective manner.

Hilary made a face at Rowen. Rowen returned the favor. Hilary gasped and then stompped off her fists clenched. Rowen watched her go and glanced at Tyson. “Who was the chick with the stick up her ass?” Tyson smiled. “Hilary, the team cheerleader, I think she has a crush on me. But, I don’t like her anyways. Sorry about that, we should get going, while we still can you know?” Rowen nodded agreeing with Tyson as they walked off.

After the Hilary episode. Tyson procceded to walk Rowen home. His and her time had expired together and at least what Tyson could do was walk her home. Rowen and Tyson walked to her house in silence. Tyson looked as if he had something on his mind and wanted to say something, but he couldn’t quite place it.

Rowen stopped at her home, still figuring out what to say. “Tyson…?” “Huh…oh! Sorry.” Rowen smiled at him. “I had a great time Tyson, thanks. I really wish this didn’t have to end.” “It doesn’t have to.” Tyson blurted. Rowen and Tyson blushed lightly at his comment. “W-what I mean is! Rowen, you’re a great girl and, I really want to know you better, and I was thinking we can still continue to see each other. If you really want to.” The blond haired girl stared at him for awhile before a smile slid onto her lips. “I’d love to.”

Tyson’s face brightened up. “Great, so, uh, here.” Tyson fumbled with a piece of paper he was pulling out of his pocket and gave it to Rowen. Rowen had a pretty good idea what it was already. The two teenagers stood there for awhile, a little bit awkward about the situation. “I guess, I’ll get going.” “Tyson, wait…” Tyson turned to look at her only to find a pair of lips upon his cheek. Rowen pulled back giggling, his face was completely red! “Thanks, again.” Rowen rushed into her house, happy as can be.

Tyson stood outside her doorway for a moment and turned to leave. He’d definitely see her tomorrow, and the day after and even possibly the day after that. Tyson smiled, and that was a promise.
