Ties or cravats
Cravats might be more expensive than ties but they are more popular for wedding.Usualy they are not worn in daily life. A good quality silk neck tie will also be a nice choice if it matches with your outfit.
Cummerbund or Ties
May be some of you like bow ties more than neck ties and those also come in a lot of colours and styles.. You can buy bow ties that you can tie yourself or pre tied ones. A lot of bow ties come including cummerbunds and could be perfect for your wedding dress.
Matching color scheme
If the wedding colour scheme is standard colour, you can choose something suitable that matches with everything and is available anywhere.
To hire or buy
In formal weddings, suits and other items can be hired or purchased whereby if you hire the item, you can save a considerable amount of money especially in the case of suits. In case of neck ties it could be a bit more difficult because sometimes the shops have a limited numbe of cravats and ties. The most popular wedding neck ties come in plain polyester satin or silk fabric that you can hire at $10 -$15 for a fair good value.
How to clean your tie
Once you have bought your ties, make sure that they are not creased or crumpled. For this, lay them flat or hang on a tie rack. When you try the tie dont forget to undo the knot after you tried the neck tie and hang it up for a few days so that the lines from the knot disappear. If it is something like fruit juice or gravy let it dry and then gently dab it with the narrow end of the tie. Never iron the tie for any reason or do not iron it directly instead cover it with a cotton cloth and then iron it on a cool setting.
