Blood Drops and Heart Beats [ch.05] [Jepha Howard]

Okay. So once mom saw me drive up with a boy, she insisted he came in for dinner. She was so excited, even though he was a human. My little girl is finally growing up. I could hear her thinking. I rolled my eyes and sat back down on the couch next to Jepha. It turns out Till had brought the Quin guy home with him. We kind of had a party at my house...sort of. With Quin, Jepha, Ayria, Carl, Till, and myself, today actually wound up being pretty fun. It was a Friday and I was waiting for Jepha to get up and say he had to leave because I was ready to go to the club. Funny that he was the only human in a housefull of vampires. I waited, and waited, and waited. I gave up and excused myself. "I have to go get ready. I have somewhere I have to be tonight." Jepha looked at me.
"Cool. Where to?"
"Uhm, a club." I said, trying to not give much information. I think he knew what I was doing because he got this hurt look on his face.
"Hey, Quin, Jepha, why don't you guys come with us!" Ayria exclaims. "It'd be real fun!" She says and smiles.
Jepha gets a big smile on his face and agrees. I roll my eyes and go to get ready. Was I ever going to escape this guy?

YES! A vampire club with a super sexy vampire chick! Tonight was going to be boss. After about an hour and a half of the girls getting ready, Quin, Till, and I went to go wait in the car. I had my car and Quin was riding with Till. Finally the girls walked out of the house with another girl, who I guess was their older sister Renedra. Beckee looking more amazing than anything I've seen in my entire life. As Carl and Ayria got into Till's car, Beckee and the other girl came over to mine. "Jepha, this is my sister Renedra. You don't mind if she rides with us, do you?"
"Of course not. Anything for you." I said and smiled. Renedra snorted and laughed.
"Are you Beckee's boyfriend?"
"No, Rene, I just met him. Today. We have classes together and he drove me home when Till left me." It kind of hurt. It didn't even sound like there was a chance of us getting together. No matter. I was determined. I was going to get her, one way or another.
