The system is based on the philosophy of less is more. To build the most muscle mass your bodybuilding workouts need to be of high intensity and short in time.

Another super important factor is that the bodybuilding workout be progressive. That means you never lift the same weights on two occasions, you always build and increase the weights and make progress.

Also, don't go to the gym and workout too often. You need plenty of rest and sleep to build big muscle and fitness.
