Big Time Rush :: 11
If you've noticed, I've given up on pictures. Haha. Thanks to saxer for messaging me! Check out KittysGotSoul's oneshots and saweetsushi's Aaron Johnson story! Both are such brilliant writers. Here's chapter 11! (:“C’mon, Tam… I’m sure she’s not THAT bad,” Carlos said. The four boys were following Tammie around during her work as soon as she got home from school. Nikki “looked” hurt. “I-I didn’t mean to!” Then she ran off to the inside of the building, “crying.”
“Of course you’d say that. You’ve ALL been saying that. You’re GUYS,” Tammie said.
“…your point being…?” Logan questioned.
She turned around and gave him a “are-seriously-asking-this?” kinda look. “You don’t KNOW her like I do. She’s… she’s a witch! She manipulates others into thinking she’s some kind of sweetheart, nice girl and all that blah-blah-blah stuff. But she’s not! Ask anyone!”
“Like who?” James asked.
“She’s right!” Camille piped in all of a sudden, scaring the boys.
“I think this is the first time I haven’t seen you doing your soap opera acting skills on Tammie in awhile,” Kendall said out of nowhere.
The two girls shrugged. “She’s getting too used to it. I need to pick on someone fresh… anyway, she’s right! That Nikki Coleman girl is a witch. Seriously, she enjoys stealing girls’ boyfriends just to see them miserable. She’ll get close to you and closer until she knows nearly every single detail about your life, then she’ll use that against you and take advantage of you and you’re the ONLY one who knows of her evil ways…”
Tammie just nodded as the boys stared at them in disbelief. “It’s happened to us,” Camille said pointing to herself and Tammie. “Even the Jennifers would say so.”
“Really, now?” Kendall asked.
“Yeah. They hate her much more than Tammie. They have a poster of her in their suite filled with wholes from throwing darts at it.”
The boys looked up at the sky and pictured it.
“Look, I’ve known her since the beginning of high school. I KNOW what I’m talking about.”
“I think someone’s a bit jealous~” Carlos sang. Tammie glared at him and smacked him with her tray. “Ow!”
“Yeah, that’s what you GET!”
“It’s so nice to have you back here in Los Angeles, Miss Coleman. And I’m so delighted that you’ve chosen the Palm Woods to stay at!” Bitters’ voice sounded through the pool. A few workers were carrying many luggage around as Bitters trailed behind them, followed by a blonde girl with pink, rhinestone sunglasses that glared from the sunlight.
“It’s… her…” Tammie snarled under her breath as the metal tray she held started to bend in her small hands.
“Whoa, whoa, Tammie!” Kendall called out as he placed his hands on her shoulders. She threw the tray on the ground. “Out of all the places, the Palm Woods!?”
Nikki looked around the pool, ignoring what Bitters was saying. Then, her eyes landed on Tammie, who was talking amongst Big Time Rush and Camille. She smirked, but then it soon disappeared with a loud and high-pitched squeal as she ran towards the group.
“Tamara! Long time no see!” she said in an ‘excited’ tone. She ran up and hugged her around the shoulders.
Tammie stifled a fake laugh. “Oh, Nikki… y-yeah…” Behind Nikki’s back, Tammie held up the bent tray and was about to hit her with it, but the boys held her back. Then Nikki ran up and hugged Camille. “Camille! Darling!”
Camille, with her elite skills of acting, sounded like she was happy to see her. “Oh, Nikki! It’s been too long! We must catch up!” When Nikki didn’t look, she was rolling her eyes as Tammie giggled a bit.
Then Nikki parted from Camille and stared at the four boys, tipping down her sunglasses and examined each of them. “Well, well, well… you four must be Big Time Rush!” she said in a perky voice.
James stepped forward. “Why, yes we are, Miss Coleman.” Tammie and Kendall rolled their eyes. Nikki giggled. “It’s VERY nice to meet you,” she said.
“Hey, we gotta put our stuff back up in our suite. We’ll catch up in a few minutes, Tam,” Kendall said as she nodded and waved.
Nikki turned to Tammie with a look of disbelief on her face. “Really? THEY’RE hanging out with YOU. Wow, there MUST be something wrong.”
“I really don’t understand how people can’t see past that ‘nice girl’ act. Oh, they must be blinded by your extremely large ego and platinum blonde hair!”
Nikki gasped. “How DARE you diss my hair!” Camille snickered in the background. Nikki glared at the both of them.
“You KNOW I’m gonna get them, right?”
“As if they’ll EVER wanna go out with you.”
“Why not? I’m the SWEETEST girl EVER. Unlike you.”
“At least I’m honest and truthful, unlike a fake like you.”
Nikki scoffed. “Yeah, and in this life, EVERYONE cares about that,” she said sarcastically.
“NOBODY LIKES YOU.”
“You’re so pathetic. Always trying to take a hit at the pretty one.” She smirked and put her sunglasses on top of her head.
“YEAH RIGHT!” Then Tammie tackled her into the pool. Camille’s jaw dropped and the Jennifers lowered down their sunglasses and smiled in approval. Everyone else just looked at what was going on.
Bitters strolled on in. “TAMARA!”
::::::::::::::::
The Big Time Rush boys walked back to the pool to see Bitters talking to Nikki Coleman, who was soaked with water and had a towel wrapped around her. She looked a little hurt, but sympathetic. On the other side, Tammie was soaking wet and had towel wrapped around her as well. Camille sat next to her. She looked frustrated. The four boys ran past Bitters and Nikki and went straight to Tammie.
“What happened, Tam?”
“That… that THING over there… Ugh, I swear-” but she was cut off when Bitters came by.
“Tamara Anderson, Nikki said she forgives you for pushing her in the pool,” he said. She rolled her eyes. “Look, I don’t want any funny business going on here. That means NOT pushing famous people into the pool!”
“What’re you gonna do? Fire me?”
He opened his mouth to say something, but then stopped himself short. She smiled in satisfaction. He would never fire his BEST employee, especially since she is the only one who could ever deal with the drama that goes down sometimes with all the actors and actresses with real life situations and such.
“Look, just no more funny business. I don’t want to get sued or anything.” He left then Nikki suddenly appeared, all with her nice-girl attitude.
“Tammie…”
“Get away from me.”
“Look, I know you didn’t mean any harm. I just wanted to say-”
“Save it. Don’t really wanna hear it.”
“I mean, it’s natural for someone like you to be jealous.”
Tammie stood up and the towel fell to the ground. “…jealous?”
Nikki nodded and smiled. “Yeah, I mean… you’re just some ordinary girl and I’m a big famous star and we’ve known each other for a couple of years… so it’s pretty natural.”
“Do you know what’s not natural, Nicole?” She took a step forward.
“Oh no…” Camille said.
“What?” the four boys asked in unison.
“…you better hold her back…”
Tammie almost lunged for Nikki, but Big Time Rush did as Camille said and held her back, causing her to spazz out in their arms. “Nothingsevernaturalaboutyouyoubigfakerliarwithyourstupidnicegirlactandcrap!”
The four boys settled her down.
“She seemed pretty hurt,” Logan said.
“Of course. It’s all an act.”
“Are you sure about that, Tammie? I mean… she does seem like a nice girl,” James said.
“What do YOU know?”
“We know she’s pretty cute,” Carlos said, taking a slap from Kendall. “Oww…”
“Look, Tammie, I know you guys are on thin ice, but… she does seem like a nice girl.”
“You, too?”
“Me, too-what?”
Tammie rolled her eyes. “Jo is a nice girl. Camille is a nice girl… when she’s not practicing her acting. Katie is a nice girl… when she chooses to be. But Nikki Coleman? I said before, she has this whole nice girl act that people fall for. And… and all of you are falling for it.”
“She’s right you guys. If you were here when Tammie pushed her in the pool, you would’ve known the real reason why.”
“I’m not jealous of her. I would NEVER be jealous of her.”
“Tammie…”
“Look, whatever. I’m heading back to my suite.” She threw the towel at Kendall’s face and left. Camille looked at the boys and placed her hands on her hips.
“Stay away from her.”
“Why?”
“One, because Tammie’s your friend and she knows Nikki. You wouldn’t want to hurt her, would you? And two, because she’s really not as she seems… in a bad way, I mean.”
