The Internet today is full of information on the different weight loss programs that can be found all over. But the one that really has support and encouragement is the medifast diet reviews plan that is known for its success in weight loss. The program, according to medifast diet is a fantastic concept based on the need for the body to have its daily dose of nutrition and this is supplied in the form of the pre-packed meal supplement which is medifast foods. There are different phases of consuming the foods and there are three different phases. One of them is the basic which is the 5 1 diet plan that consists of 5 food packets which are eaten in any form in a day along with one packet of lean and green. So totally 6 packets of food supplement is made available and you can have it in the form of pudding, soups, juices, shakes, and anyway you would want to have it. The second is the transition phase is when you have lost your extra weight and you are in shape then you can introduce some portions of the normal food but not at all times during the day. The third is the maintenance phase in which you maintain the body weight by having your normal diet but not your normal quantity.
