Stubborn As Hell- Meeting Inu-Yasha #18

Your eyes glowed a light blue and you were now able to talk to Inu-Yasha through telempathy, **Open a channel in your mind Inuyasha.. that way.. we can share our power.** When you feel a click in your brain, you allow him the first attack. He soaks his unharmed hand in the blood continuing to seep from his stomach and sends a series of red waves at him, 'Hijin Kesso!!' (That's Blades of Blood for those who are Japanese impaired) You added the power from the jewel that now resided in your body to his attack, they increased in size and blasted in a boost of speed towards Naraku, he was hardly able to dodge them all. 'I'm afraid.. our fight will have to wait...' A tordado whirls in front of you, 'Koga-kun...' Naraku snickers and floats back into the safty of the shadows, 'I'll be waiting...' You step back, gasping at how terribley ill Koga looked. His eyes were bloodshot and now slitted, his skin was a dark violet, you saw the shards in his limbs glowing that horrific, evil aura again. 'Well well well,' Inu-Yasha cooly said as he put his sword over his shoulder, 'Guess the wolf couldn't handle Naraku... Feh, the damn fool.' 'It wasn't his choice.. he's under Naraku's control, and he's done something to the shards to make him this way.. he's struggling, fighting for control.. no, his.. his life.' **___________, get away from me, please!! Run, I.. I can't control myself!!** You hear in your mind. 'We're going to lose Naraku if we stay here and fight him,' you point out. Inu-Yasha points the tip of Tetsusaiga at him, 'Then we better make this quick.' 'No, I have a better idea.' Koga launches himself at you, but you move to the side in a fluid motion, 'Inuyasha, mind keeping him busy while I ask a favor of someone?' He smirked as he blocked Koga's fist with a loud CLANG! noise, 'It's my pleasure.. especially with this stupid wolf!!' You stood in place and dug into the power of the shikon jewel within you, reaching out, far out, into the reigion. **Sesshoumaru... Sesshoumaru!! I know you're near.. please, I need to ask you.. a small favor.** **_____________, what are you doing-- Damn! That was close... Calling on my bro-- Argh, he's actually faster than last time... Brother for help, what are you-- Bastard, he'll pay for that!!** Comes from Inu-yasha's mind. 'Just trust me,' you reply to him as you watch the intense brawl they're in. Koga keeps trying to claw at you, but Inu-Yasha continues to keep him at bay. A white blur speeds by your eyes and you quickly grab his wrist, 'Oh no you don't...' 'So.. you have gotten stronger...'

Needles pierce into your whole body making you scream out in pain and agony. You start glowing a scarlet red along with the tentacle that binds you, 'Magnificent, such power!!' '_____________!!' Inu-Yasha lunges to Naraku's head with his sword, 'Get your dirty tentacles off her!!' He slashes at him, but gets deflected by a shield and bounces back. You're still getting drained and the needles just continue to add in number as they stab into every avaible part of your body. Inu-Yasha rises back onto his feet, clutching the Tetsusaiga tighter as it glows red now. 'That old trick won't work Naraku!' He jumps at him again, breaking the demonic barrier and slashes Naraku's cloak in half. The half falls to the ground and reveals his true form, you manage to wince over at him and are startled by the cold glance he shoots at you. An evil smirk forms on his lips as he stares at you, 'It won't be much longer my dear,' he dodges a slash from Inu-Yasha. 'Bastard!! Why don't ya hold still and fight me?!' Even you have to admit it's rather pathetic how Inu-Yasha is just radomly and wildly slashing and hacking, 'Inuyasha..! Focus, you'll never hit him that way..!' He's violently knocked to the ground; Sango, Miroku, and Shippou are stuck in a thick haze of saimyosho so they're not gonna be able to help anytime soon. A tentacle stabs right through Inu-Yasha's wrist and pins him to the ground, he screams and lets go of his Tetsusaiga. You're horrified to see Naraku isn't finished from just that, another one stabs directly through his stomach, blood begins to pool beneath him as he screams yet again. You can hardly stand to watch, let alone hear him, 'Stop it, don't hurt him!! I don't care, have all my damn power and kill me, just stop hurting Inuyasha!!' 'I'm afraid I don't make pacts with humans...' Rage begins to stir inside of you, 'I'm not human, I'm part demon!!' 'As of right now, I could not care less what you are, your power is mine to control...'
THAT'S IT, I'M GONNA KICK HIS SORRY ASS ONCE I GET FREE!! (Me: You know you won't have any powers whatsoever, right..? And he'll have the power of TWO sacred jewels..?)

'For what reason did you call me for..?' You glance over at Inu-Yasha and Koga still going at it, neither of them is clearly going to give up. 'It seems that Inuyasha and I are going to be stuck here with this wolf for the time being... If it's not too much trouble, Lord Sesshoumaru, could you follow Naraku for me..? Least, till our bussiness here is done..?' His face makes no change, 'And what will I get out of it..?' 'A shot at Naraku, I know you want it.. he tricked you once before, used you...' A creepy smirk forms, 'Your power to read thoughts is rather impressive.. very well. I will keep our channel open, contact me when you want to know of Naraku's whereabouts.' You release his wrist and he speeds off, you walk over to Sango, Miroku, Shippou, and Kirara and form a barrier around them. 'Take a rest, we'll handle this.' They all nod and you put on a simple smile, now walking to the battle raging between the canines. Your body overflows with power and your hair flies up as you speed between the two and break the fight apart by ducking under a punch from Koga, a slash from Inu-Yasha, and came back up by pushing Inu-Yasha back and backfisting Koga. 'Enough senseless violence you two.. I'm sure we can all agree we need to settle this quickly. Koga wiped his bleeding nose and seemed to make a strange grunting noise in confermation. 'Inuyasha.. don't kill him, no matter what.' 'What the hell not?!' 'Come on, would you really consider it a victory to beat Koga when he's not even himself?!' He turned his head from you and mumbled curses. 'I'll let you fight him, just not kill him, just knock him out o--' you blocked an incoming axe kick and countered with an elbow thrust. Koga easily moved away and took a defensive stance, growling menacenly. 'He's a lot faster...' you mutter and turn to Inu-Yasha. 'Go for it,' and he runs right towards Koga, sword raise, voice screaming. Koga speeds right into him, they clash in a cyclone of wind. The blast makes you slide back a few feet and you look at the two colliding in the battle. Inu-Yasha uses Tetsusaiga more skillfully now that you're channeling attacks to him. Even so, Tetsusaiga is struck out of his hands when Koga uppercuts him.
Oh no, he lost the Tetsusaiga!!
*cracks knuckles* My turn then!
Gotta stay focused.. we can't kill Koga.. oh, this is too much stress for one girl to handle!!
Damn, even with my help, he's still having trouble...
'Aah!' you shriek as he grabs your hair. 'Let her go!' Inu-Yasha punches his forehead very forcefully, you thought he cracked his skull, but for some reason, Koga wasn't phased in the least bit! 'What the hell?!' Inu-Yasha pulled his fist back, his knuckles red. Koga snarled loudly and faced his palm at Inu-Yasha, blasting a ball of energy at his chest, sending him crashing through about four trees and stuck in his own imprint on the fifth. 'Inuyasha!!' You tried to move to him, but Koga still had a huge clump of your hair and now grabbed your right arm, twisting it behind your back. You cried out in pain as he started to turn it at a painful looking angle. Inu-Yasha was unconcious, and the barrier you put around the others was preventing them from coming to your aid. You had to think fast, or else Koga was going to rip your whole arm off. You brought your tail to life and whipped his across the face, creating a huge bleeding gash and his grip loosened. You pulled yourself away and dropped to the ground, then pushing your lower half up into a powerful kick to the chest. He stumbled back a bit, eyes glarring wildly at you. He leapt high into the air and created a tornado around you, when you tried to get out, the raging wind currents cut you, and you couldn't go up, since Koga was flying down from there. You were trapped, and he knew it. You braced yourself for the initial blow, putting up a barrier around yourself was useless, he was strong enough to shatter it with a few violent assaults. His claws grew and glowed yellow as he stretched his arm to you, screaming in rage. He fired his claws at you, and you had limited room to dodge, so it was impossible to avoid them all. They stung horribley as they melted your skin away like acid. He finally crashed into you, pinning you to the ground, his mouth agap and drool dripping off his long fangs. He plunged them into your collarbone, blood shooting up from the pucture wounds and he clamped his jaws together, destroying the bone with a series of sickening cracks.

'Feh, this is stupid..!' Inu-Yasha leaps into the air and slashes at the saimyosho with the Tetsusaiga, Sango and Kirara flying through the air, helping him exterminate the pesky bugs. It rains random bug parts, you sidestep several times to avoid the heads, wings, stingers, and whatever else was severed from them. '____________, look out!!' Miroku yelled to you, pointing above your head. A saimyosho was buzzing its way right to you, you shut your eyes tightly, 'Inuyasha!!' You feel Shippou jump out of your arms, 'Foxfire!!' The bug drops like a sack of potatoes in front of you, still flaming from the aqua-teal flames. Shippou hops onto your shoulder, 'We have to stay out of the battle, it's too dangerous!' Miroku runs to your side and starts to swat away the now swarming saimyosho with his staff. It's rather impressive how good he is at weilding it, you've never seen such mastery before. 'Don't just stand here, find a safe spot to hide until we finish this!' 'I can't just abandon you all!' Naraku chuckles, 'No place is safe from me...' A tentacle shoots out from behind you and consticts you tightly and pulls you through the air, Shippou flies off. Everyone screams your name as you're pulled up to Naraku's cloak.

'Feh, I don't need Tetsusaiga to beat you!' He cracks his claws into position and soaks his hand into his blood again, lashing out at Koga, 'Hijin Kesso!!' Koga runs right into the blades and kicks up a whirlwind, sending them flying back at Inu-Yasha! You tackle him out of the way, 'Idiot, quit being so reckless!' Koga grabs the back of your collar and throws you over his shoulder, but you land on your feet in a crouched position. Koga snarls at you, eyes blaring flames. **Please, I don't want to fight you, run!!** You rise and shake your head, 'No Koga, you helped me, and I'm gonna repay you, I'll get you back, I'll break this curse!' **Forget about me ___________, just save yourself!** You shake your head, 'Shut up!!' You dash to him and ball up your fist, punching him across the face with such power, your hand glowed. More blood shot out from his mouth as he slid back, still snarling. '_______________!! You said I could have him!' You rolled your eyes, 'Not now Inuyasha...' You and Koga collide in matching knee attacks and jump back. Again you speed into one another, matching attack for attack. A crater is forming around you two as you continue to exchange fatal blows. You're now at a stand still, both panting, fists, legs, covered with bruises. **____________.. please.. I can't take this...** 'Hang in there Koga, I won't give up on you..!' The shards flash brightly and he's suddenly in front of you, front kicking you directly in the stomach. You cough and slide back, you see Inu-Yasha charging him from behind, 'Bastard, you'll regret that!! Sankon Tesso!!' Koga turns just in time to launch a similar looking attack, they both skid their arms against one another, a loud sickening crack is heard. **Inuyasha, your arm!!** He slides around so his back is to you, 'Feh, hardly a scratch.' 'Hardly a scratch nothing, your arm is broken!!' (Just like in the show!! Did you notice that..?) You yank Inu-Yasha back just as Koga swipes at him again, 'Look out!' You fall over with him on top of you, 'Ow...' you both say. He grabs your arms and rolls you both over as Koga punches deep into the ground where you were just at. 'Okay, maybe we will have to attack him at the same time... Inuyasha, think you can manage another Kaze no Kizu with just one hand?' you ask standing up. 'You know it, I just need Tetsusaiga...' You look over to Koga, his sword is lodged into the ground behind him, 'Right, I'll get it.' You start to run towards it, but Koga is already up in your face.

The tentacles drive in deeper into Inu-Yasha and the ground, the sickening sound of his bones being crushed and his organs being moved around makes you want to vomit. Hot, stinging tears fall from the corners of your eyes as Naraku moves you to loom over Inu-Yasha. The saimyosho have seemed to overcome the others because they're all gone, and everyone is lying on the ground, face first, covered in scars, blood, and bruises. 'All this is your fault my dear...' ~~.....It IS all my fault... If I had never met any of them, they'd still be alive...~~ 'Yes, that's right.. because of you, all those you care about are dying now.' These thoughts make the glowing aura around you turn black. 'Heh heh heh.. yes, be filled with pain, sadness, and malice.. the jewel's power is only more beautiful when tainted...' 'Inuyasha.. Inuyasha.. Inuyasha..!' The tears fall onto his face, blood is seeping from the corner of his mouth. 'I'm so sorry, Inuyasha..! I'm so sorry, all I did was be a burden, I'm sorry for ever making this all happen!!' His eyes were shut, but then he spoke, '..What the hell are you yapping about now.. stu..pid...' Your eyes widen, he was still alive, and he calld you.. stupid? Just like from the first time you met him... 'Callin' yourself a burden... What kind of nonsense is that..? ..You know.. as well as I do.. you were.. no... You are.. the best thing.. to ever happen to me...' His voice is hoarse, but definately not weak. If Inu-Yasha could handle beind stabbed through the stomach and wrist and still have his strength, then you should at least be able to handle being constricted and having needles poking into you. The evil black aura vanished, Naraku seemed a bit surprised, 'What's this..?' A heavenly white light engulfed you, it seemed to burn Naraku and he abruptly released you, cursing in pain.

You floated in the air just above Inu-Yasha, eyes still holding tears, but you held a smile. You touched the tentacles that held Inu-Yasha to the ground, they desolved into ashes. You then put a hand over his eyes, the glow brightened. You pulled your hand away and his opened, he looked at you in awe, 'You're.. glowing..!' You smiled, 'Did it take you that long to notice..?' You spun around and put crossed your arms in an X, putting up your own barrier against Naraku's tentacles. They shattered when they hit your shield. Naraku held a pissed off/shocked look, 'How..?!' You rose and uncrossed your arms, the barrier dropped, 'I won't allow you to hurt anyone anymore... Naraku, you're going to pay for all the horrific things you did!!' You took a deep breath in and the light swirled around you in an aray of colors. Your human ears resprouted on the top of your head as your demon dog ears, your nails sharpened into deadly claws, and your long bushy tail ripped out from behind you. Your hair turned snow-white and so did your tail, your eyes flashed into a brilliant crystal blue. Your attire turned into a pair of ultra short, navy blue jeans with long gray socks and black boots. A matching blue top formed around your chest and a pair of long gray/white gloves came almost all the way up to your shoulders. They ended with a spiked edging and allowed your claws to stick out at the ends, blue bracelets fell down to your wrists. A spiked collar wrapped around your neck, finishing your transformation. You assumed a fighting stance and sensed Inu-Yasha rise behind you. Sango, Miroku, and Shippou had managed to rise their heads to witness the battle about to be at hand. 'Ready Inuyasha..?' He smirked grabbing his sword with his still bloody hand, 'Never been more ready, I'm with you all the way.'

Well.. you're a fighter... A whinning little brat, but also still a fighter... I dunno why Inu-Yasha is listening to you, you'd get on my nerves for all the complaining and whipping you do against him. Newsflash, you're not this hanyou's master yet, stop acting like you own him. You're lucky he cares about you so much, I'm sure he'd go insane like me if he didn't know you very much.

I have found my twin and her name is... Whatever your name is. You're reckless, you're loud, you've got the attitude to scare the living shit out of anyone. You don't think before you act, because you believe your instict is more accurate, I mean, you ARE a dog demon.. partly, right? Why not trust your instict? You stay focused on the task at hand, and you won't go down without one hell of a fight, what am I saying? You won't go down, period. Stubborn and headstrong, I can't think of a better warrior to fight along side with Inu-Yasha, cuz you actually DO something other than cheer, cry, scream, or whatever else those bystander chicks in other animes do to motivate or interfere with their heroes' fights. Hmmm.. still a bit timid.. even here, on the battle field? Well, long as you're at least putting up your guard, you'll be fine! You need to stop hesistating when you're going to strike, just think of it this way, you're not fighting the real Koga..!
