Thinking of You(Draco Malfoy love Story)Year 2*Chapter 19: Bookshop

Draco and I had left Malfoy Manor and went to the bookshop in Diagon Alley.

We watched Potter and his friends from above.

“Draco what’s wrong?” I say as he walked away.

“Nothing, Adriana, I’m just looking for something.” He tells me going down a few stairs and picking up a book and reading it.

He noticed Potter coming ripped a page out of the book, put it down, folding the page, put it in his pocket and went down the stairs and in front of Potter. I followed Draco.

“Bet you loved that, didn’t you, Potter.” He says to him coldly.

“Famous Harry Potter can’t even go to a bookshop without making the front page.” He continues.

“Leave him alone.” A Redhead said to him.

“Oh look Potter, you got yourself a girlfriend.” He said in a sarcastic yet quick tone. I saw Lucius come up behind Draco. He puts his cane on Draco’s shoulder and Draco comes back next to me.

“Now, now Draco play nicely…” He says looking at him than looking at Potter.

“Mr. Potter! Lucius Malfoy. We meet at last. Forgive me, your scar is legend. As, of course, is the wizard who gave it to you.” Lucius said grabbing his arm, pulling him towards him and looking at his scar.

“Voldemort killed my parents. He was nothing more than a murderer.” Potter responded sharply

“You must be very brave to mention his name. Or very foolish.” Lucius tells him

“Fear of a name only increases fear of the thing itself.” Granger said finally speaking out.

“And you must be Miss Granger. Yes, Draco's told me all about you. And your parents. Muggles, aren't they?” He implied

“Let me see. Red hair... vacant expressions... tatty second hand book... you must be the Weasleys.” Lucius inferred

“Children, it's mad in here. Let's go outside.” Someone said

“Well, well, well. Weasley senior.” Lucius says seeing the man.

“Lucius.” He says not wanting anything to do with him.

“Busy time at the Ministry, Arthur, all those extra raids? I do hope they're paying you overtime. Though judging by the state of this, I'd say not. What's the use in being a disgrace to the name of wizard if they don't even pay you well for it?” He says

“We have a very different idea about what disgraces the name of wizard, Malfoy.” Weasel bee tells him

“Clearly. Associating with muggles. And I thought your family could sink no lower.” He says putting a book back into a bucket.

“I’ll see you at work.” Lucius says to him leaving. Draco gets in front of Potter again.

“See you at school.” He says, raising his eyebrows and then leaving with me close behind.
