If you have no budget and are happy to pay any cost then the world is your oyster. You can choose your own private island in Fuji, a swim up beach hut in st. Lucia or even a treetop hideaway in Cuba. Just make sure that your holiday is all inclusive so that you don't have to worry about paying the bill at the end of the holiday. Try to include a few romantic moments such as a candlelit dinner (usually put on by the hotel in your room) and champagne in bed every day.
