While staging your house one of the most important things that sometimes become a major turn-off to prospect buyers would be simple things like the color of your walls. The house might turn out to be unappealing. You would need to be smart while choosing the color that needs to up on your walls. Many of us might think that the complete house in white would give the potential buyer an empty canvas to paint on however more often than not it just goes unnoticed during the House staging process. It is recommended that you use a subtle color choice over a loud one. People do not like dark and strong colored walls. You would want to use lighter options form the ones you have narrowed down to.

The right colors in the house during the house staging process, can make your bathrooms and kitchens look total different from what they were, your rooms look big by the look of them. One could use light shades of blue or green, which provides a spa like ambiance, in your bathrooms. Shades of Green, red and yellow would be a good choice for your dining room. Use of a warm shade of tan would do well in your hallways, stairwells etc. One best way of ensuring that you have made the best choice would be to order a sample can and try it on small portions of your walls to just to make sure. This is one key factor that you need to keep in mind, before putting that house on the list for sale. Good luck.
