Basic Build Order For Zerg
This is the standard build order for Zerg players; don't use this build order if you intend to rush. This build will allow for a very early expansion and relies on speedlings and banelings for most of the early game.
First, get 10 drones and then build on overlord. When the overlord finishes pump 3 more drones and wait until you get 200 minerals so you can build the spawning pool. After you start the spawning pool make one extractor and put 3 drones on it, then just make drones until the spawning pool finishes. Also keep checking all the possible expansion spots and attack any new base he tries to build.
The key to winning as a Zerg player is controlling the mineral gathering of your opponent, while you expand. We can't compete with a Terran or Protoss player if we let them expand and tech. Plus air defense is our weakness so make sure you scout and if you see him going air then make corruptors as fast as possible.

Zerg Guide - How to Stop the Zealot Rush
Every time you play against Protoss you must be ready for the dreaded zealot rush. The zealot rush is being used like crazy on battlenet right and for good reason because most Zerg players have no idea how to defend against it. This guide will show you how to beat a zealot rush without any trouble.
The key to beating a zealot rush is a lot of roaches. The first thing you should do after you build the spawning pool is build a roach warren and start pumping out roaches. The zealots will come just in time to get run over by your roach army. Roaches are a good unit to use when playing against protoss because they do high damage and they are very cheap. So if you see the Protoss player making immortals start pumping out some zerglings to handle them.
Take your corruptors and scout the Protoss base to see if he is getting air or going ground.
Zerg's Hydralisk and Infestor Strategy
The hydralisk and infestor combo is being used more and more on battlenet right now because of the power of these two combined units. The infestor and hydralisk combo is very effective against an army of small units such as marines and marauders or zealots and stalkers. The infestor can use fungal growth to weaken the units and the hydralisks will finish them off quickly with their ranged attacks. This combo is also perfect for taking on larger units such as thors and tanks or colossus and immortals. The infestor can use neural parasite to take control of the large units and turn them against the enemy while the hydralisks will provide protection for the infestors. This combo is also good against an air attack because of the hydralisk's ability to hit air. You must upgrade to a lair pretty early on so you well be able to build both the infestors and hydralisks.

Protoss Vs Terran Basic Strategy
Playing as Protoss against Terran can be a very difficult game as Terran is so unpredictable and hard to scout. Protoss must know what the enemy is doing so they can build the correct counter units but this is a challenge against good Terran players. This guide will show you how to beat a Terran player 1v1.
If the Terran playing is using thors or tanks then build some immortals as they will dominate the thors and tanks without even taking that much damage. The Terran player might make an air attack with vikings and banshees. I wouldn't recommend building air units when playing against Terran because marines do decent damage to air units and that alone will be enough to defend against your void ray attack or even a few carriers.
If you follow this guide and learn the strengths and weaknesses of your units then you should have not trouble beating a good Terran player.
