Experience includes land contracts, assignments, short sales, foreclosures, swap outs and deed buyouts, to name just a few. I run a multi-million dollar investment company that still uses overage and estate recover and deed flipping. I also have experience with estate and bankruptcy monies held by the court.
The programs are reviewed on the most important variables. First is price, of course. With some of these courses at $1000 or more each, you better make a smart choice.
