Mirror Opposites -- Furuba\Fruits Basket -- #0 (Intro)

There will be a lot of characters in this quiz that I will be introducing. I'm going to take it slow, really slow so that nobody will get confused. I for one, happen to get confused really easily when lots of characters are introduced all in one go, so this will be done slowly. ^-^ I'll be putting in a memo and a footnote each quiz just so everyone knows who is who, for the first few quizzes. After that, I'll just be putting brackets. Got that? =D

Let's start with the first two. As the series progresses and I need to introduce more characters for the sake of the storyline, I'll be introducing them separately, under #0.* with the * representing whatever number. 1,2,3,4... etc, ne? These two will be the main characters and the POV will switch back and forth between them. If you prefer to be one rather than the other, well you can just imagine that you are she or something. =P

Character #1:
Name: Masoh, Nezuko
Zodiac: Rat
Age: 15/16 (same age as Kyo/Yuki/Tohru)
Hair: Dark Grey, like Yuki's
Eyes: Pinkish-Red

Bio: Nezuko is in the same class as Yuki, Kyo and Tohru. She does not belong to the "Prince Yuki Fanclub" and stays away from Yuki anyway. She is friends with pretty much everyone in the class but she is more or less a loner as she doesn't really have any "true" friends. Her report card's mostly A's, although she does get a B here and there. She does kendo. ^-^

Character #2:
Name: Masoh, Koneki
Zodiac: Cat
Age: same age as Nezuko
Hair: Red (or orange if you insist)
Eyes: (Lime) Green

Pic: ^^; Nuh-uh, I haven't drawn one yet either. I'll post her "true form" some time too.

Bio: Koneki transfers to the high school sometime after Kyo does. She gets along quite well with Nezuko, unlike Kyo and Yuki's relationship. This is more or less because she has "proved" that she's better than Nezuko and she knows that it's not Nezuko's fault the cat's not included in the zodiac. Their relationship is rocky but nowhere as near unstable as Kyo and Yuki's. Koneki and Nezuko are also cousins.

#The Masoh Family (in general)

The Masoh actually came from the same family as the Sohma. Due to a 'disagreement' generations ago, the great clan divided and became two clans: the Masoh and the Sohma. The Masoh family shares the zodiac curse because the two bloodlines are the one and the same.

The Masoh also become the zodiac animals if they're 'hugged' by members of the opposite sex. However, they don't because the Masoh have come up with the idea of bracelets to suppress the zodiac curse. Each Masoh who bears the zodiac curse wears one. It's a small ID bracelet thing. Except instead of an ID present, there's the respective zodiac animal etched. ^-^

A final note: The Masoh don't know that they are related to the Sohma or that they share the same blood. This is because when the clan divided, it was agreed that they should sever all ties. Only the head of the Masoh family knows of the connection. Likewise, the Sohma don't know that they are related to the Masoh family; not even Akito is aware of the connection. (Masoh is written differently to Sohma. Although I don't know how Sohma is written, i.e. kanji or kana, Masoh uses kana, ok?)
