Inuyasha and the Demon Summoner [pt 24] The Death of a Villain

We hurried over to where Miroku was pale as can be, leaning on Sango. Shippo, and Kilala were standing infront of Shelana. We huddled together in a group, and decided we needed to make a attack fast. Sesshomaru and I attacked first than Kagome and Sango, but still nothing. Naraku sent another dark blast at us "Wind Tunnel" Miroku yells sucking it into his hand. He flinches in pain of the black magic entering his system. Sango helps him to his feet and he leans on Kilala while Sango attacks again. A dark bubble surrounds him and starts to spread outwards quickly hitting all of us. I sit up. Everyone just starting to do the same, but Shelana is standing with a staff infront of her "what?" Naraku looks confused, but then again im pretty sure I did aswell. Shelana swings It around her and a white bubble surrounds her and blocks the black ball of energy Naraku sent at her. "What the..." I mutter Sesshomaru looks to me and I shrug, I am just as confused as he is, she is a human, a six year old human girl. How can she have to power to block Narakus attacks when it sends the rest of us flying. What the Hell is going on? What kind of power does this child have? She stares at Naraku, the top of her staff turns into a white light she draws a circle in the air and grabs the hoop in her right hand, and throws it at him!

The hoop goes through him, he stands there for a moment before he colapses to his knees. The top half of his body falls of. Kagome looks away quickly, Sango and Miroku both look discusted, his body fades to dust and Shelana's staff dissapears. "W-what just happened?" Sango asks to no one inpreticular, none of us answer, not because we were ignoring her it was because none of us knew what the hell was going on! Shelana sighs, "she swore to protect me she holds out her hand a red and white jem sits in her hand, she gave me a portion of her summoning powers, she said she knew how we could defeat Naraku but if she told any of you guys that you would try to stop her. Past Summoners, there the only ones who could stop him, the death of summoners made him stronger, but bringing them back would make him weak again." She pauses and stares at the jem "The only way to create a jem like that would be for the one that died to want to leave behind a jem. She wanted to leave one behind that was strong, and because the many Summoners died at the hands of Naraku they helped to created this strong jem." I look down "She planed to die in order to save everyone from the Apocolypse" Kagome wipes away her tears I look around Sesshomaru went missing again. I really wanted to ask him why he saved me, he probably only did it because he was the one who wanted to kill me. Oh well. I stick the Tetsuiga into the ground and use it to pull myself up. I put my hand out and help Shelana up. I look to Kagome and help her up aswell, her eyes are red from crying. "She chose death Kagome, she wanted to protect all of us, don't be such a baby and stop crying" I probably should have left the last part out because a second later I heard Kagome yell and I got a face full of dirt. Soon enough I was able to get up. I got up slowly nervous that Kagome would yell 'sit' again. "Hey guys Miroku isn't looking so good." We rush over to where Sango had Miroku's head resting on her lap, she was right, he didn't look good at all, his face was extreamly pale, he was taking gasps instead of breaths, "It must have been that dark orb he sucked into his wind tunnel" Shippo says sitting next to him. He grins a bit "I...am...fine." when everyone continues to look worried at him he adds "really" he gasps again for air. All of us sit around him. "We need to get him to healer." Sango says. "This day just keeps getting better and better" I say sarcasticly. Miroku takes a few more gasps and his eyes close. "Miroku" Sango yells and begins shaking him. "Miroku" she yells again. "Open your eyes you lecherous monk!" she shakes him furiously. He takes a gasp of air and she stops and sighs "you...didn't...need...to...call me...lecherous" he grins slightly. "I thaught you were going to die" Sango says her head turned away from everyone. "Enough chatting if we don't get him to a healer fast, he will be dead" I say getting up. Everyone does the same I pick up Miroku and put him on Kilala, behind Sango, the rest of us hop on and we fly off, that scaredy-cat Hiro is the nearest healer we head of in the direction of that village. I see Miroku grab Sango's ass. I am suprised she doesn't hit him over the head, or yell, she does nothing, she ignores it. It might be the last time he does something pervertive. I quickly push the thaught out of my head. Miroku might be a pervertive monk, but still, im not sure why but he is my friend, I pray we get to that village on time. please rate and message!
