Weight loss foods come in many varieties. The purpose of these super slimming foods is to give your body fuel for normal training, and to feed your muscles.

However, weight loss foods don't have to taste as bland as a typical airline meal. Your Foods should be vibrant in flavor and appearance.
I try to recommend scrumptious recipes, foods, and snacks. Why?

It’s because I understand if something doesn’t taste like your mom or grandma prepared, it will only be a matter of time before you ditch the meals, and go back to your regular eating habits.

Weight loss needs to be as painless as possible. Actually, you should learn how to make it fun. Therefore, I'm going to provide you with some super ingredients and foods that you can always find in my cabinets, refrigerator and freezer.

You have to start by doing a little home cleaning. I’m not talking about having a broom and mop. I’m referring to clearing your fridge, cabinets, drawers, backpacks and briefcases of junk food and replacing all of them with nutritious and delicious alternatives.

Out of sight, and out of mind. If not from mind, at least the unhealthy foods will be out of reach. Additionally you need to discipline yourself if you go shopping. Major supermarkets possess a way of forcing unhealthy choices at eye level and also at strategic locations throughout their stores.
Great Weight reduction Foods for Your Fridge

Fruits and Veggies - When possible, try to buy local organic produce. It might cost a little extra, but it’s healthier for you. If you find produce that is in season, you’ll save money. Broccoli, spinach, carrots, mushrooms, peppers, zucchini, garlic and onions are all healthy weight-loss food diet choices and should be in every refrigerator.
Nuts - There are lots of varieties of nuts. Almonds, walnuts and pecans are very healthy for you. If possible, eat raw nuts, as they are healthier for you than roasted ones.
Eggs - Eggs are great for you and are one of my top picks among the top weight reduction foods, even though they obtain a bad rap in the diet community. They're helpful in reducing weight, because they are filling. You should eat the entire egg, not just the egg white. Besides, the yolk is the most nutritious part.
Avocados - Avocados are filled with fiber, and rich in healthy fats. Research indicates that avocados are complete food. It’s possible to outlive off of drinking water and eating avocados without anything else! They taste great in soups, meat dishes, and salads. In South East Asia, people even make tasty milkshakes from it.
Salads - Salads are very healthy and extremely lower in fat. The key to utilizing salads is variety. There are so many different types of salads available, and of course, you can always alternate different dressings along with other vegetables, meats and cheeses.
Yoghurt - Yoghurt is yet another good choice when you are on a diet. It contains Lactobacillus, which helps with intestinal flora, and prevents some infections.

Stuff Your Freezer with Weight Loss Foods

You don’t wish to run to the store everyday, and foods won’t stay fresh forever in the refrigerator. Here are some good foods to freeze for a fresh meal.

A great weight loss food to set up your freezer is meat. Meat has a lot of protein, and lean strips of meat don’t have a lot of calories. Emu, bison and venison are low in fat if you can get them where you live.
Salmon along with other cold water fish are filled with omega-3, and although some from the ocean’s fish have high amounts of mercury, they are still much healthier than most chicken and beef, that are usually pumped full of hormones. If you want to chicken and beef search for

Frozen Fruit - Frozen fruit is ideal for smoothies. It is also good for yoghurt and cereal once it is defrosted. If you are lucky enough to reside in a warmer climate that has year round fruits, you are able to usually eat them fresh, because they last for longer periods of time in the fridge.
Weight reduction Foods for Your Cabinets

I like to keep the following items in my cabinets:
Grains - Oat bran, wild rice and brown rice are stacked in big amounts. All are rich in fiber and packed with energy.

Beans and Lentils - Both are high in fiber, and beans - especially kidney beans and black beans - contain extremely high amounts of antioxidants.
Tomato Sauces - I buy tomato sauces in glass jars, rather than cans. Canned tomato sauces can contain dangerous chemicals that leak from the cans they are packed in. It’s also better to use tomato sauce that's packed in essential olive oil.

Sweeteners - I’m sure you know to stay away from processed white sugar, but most artificial sweeteners can be even worse for you, because of the chemicals they contain.

For a strong natural sweetener, try Stevia. Stevia is calorie free, but it is very sweet. It's also has a pleasant flavor, and doesn’t contain chemicals like other brand name sweeteners.

Teas - Teas are full of antioxidants that are recognized to fight against free radicals contributing to diseases like cancer. Not only that, they're also very low in calories.
Weight Loss Foods - Conclusion

This can be a short list of weight reduction foods that you should have in your home. I’m sure it’s possible for yourself to think of other fruits, vegetables and grains that you might like to use.
Remember, you’ve need to exercise regularly to burn off excessive calories. All of the weight loss foods in the world are not going to help, if you decide to only sit on the sofa and watch television.
