Exfoliating Body Scrub – Which One You Are Using?

To have healthy, radiant, beautiful skin you must remove the dead cells allowing the new, younger cells to glow. Good moisturizer helps keep you looking hydrated and fresh. This could be applied not only to your face but to your body as well! Essentially you have to stick to the three most basic steps:
1. Cleanse
2. Exfoliate
3. Moisturize.

You can find good exfoliating body scrubs nearly anyplace. Sugar based exfoliating body scrubs generally have more oil so they really tend to be more hydrating whereas salt based exfoliating body scrubs often just simply slough off the dead cells and you actually moisturize using your lotion or cream of choice. Additionally simply for an extra dose of information, generally there are 3 types of skin lotions that help with various degrees of moisture depending on the demands of your skin.

There is body lotion that is water based for individuals who do not require quite as much moisture. Body cream is oil based and naturally somewhat heavier compared with water based lotions. Last but not least, there's body butter which is the thickest solution when you have extremely dry skin however I find that body butter is more difficult to soak up because of the texture therefore I typically stay with some sort of cream if I require more than what a water based lotion provides.
My tips for exfoliating body scrubs would be either BBW's sugar based body scrub in the aromatherapy fragrance of your liking or maybe your own aroma choice in their standard Pleasures line (i.e Sweet Pea, Moonlight Path, Dancing Waters, etc). These are the only sugar based exfoliating body scrubs they may have nevertheless the aromatherapy ones, although a little more expensive, keep going for a bit longer than small jar of say, Sweet Pea, that is not very big.
The True Blue Spa line has one known as The Rub which is a salt based exfoliating body scrub and is also comes in a fairly big sized pot for approximately $20 too and I also enjoy it. I use a lot more moisturizer after using this exfoliating body scrubs than I would with the sugar based exfoliating body scrub that contains the oil.

The sugar based exfoliating body scrubs must be blended just before use because the oil typically forms to the top and I actually see that once I use the sugar based exfoliating body scrub, I need to clean the bathtub because some of the oil definitely makes the bathtub slippery hence be cautious after using such an exfoliating body scrub.
