Demon Lord's Lady. (Lord Sesshomaru) ch 19

Sleep over took me after I finished eatting. Slept most of the next day away. So caring about anything was left to the two true Lords that was here. I guess I was asleep when Lord Inu-no-Taishou came to see me last night, so he declined and went to his on chamber.

“Mi'lady you have company.” And I have brought you your morning drink.” My servant said as she opened the blinds to let in the winter sun.

“Yes thank you.” I said as I sat up in bed as my father-in-law came in. He was dressed more confertably than with his armor he was buried with.

“Mi'lord forgive my looks.” Being in the cave for two days has took a toll on me.” I said brushing a wild stray of locks out of my face.

“No forgiviness needed, your still beautiful.” Beside the point, you know we need to talk.” Lord Inu-no-Taishou said as he excepted a cup of coffee from my servant. He looked at the liquid like it would reach out and bite him. I excepted one as well, yet I waited for him to take a drink to see what his thoughts were on the hot drink. Coffee wasn't invinted till after his death.

“Intresting what do you call this?” He asked taking a second bigger drink.

I smiled at my servant.

“Thank you..You may leave the tray.” I said as she returned my smile before leaving. Lord Inu-no-Taishou watched the whole scene.

“Your servants seem happy under your ruling.” He said.

“Yes, I treat them as I would want to be treated if I were in their shoes.” As for the drink, I like sake' in it, but since I am pregnant I can't drink sake'.” But it's called coffee.” I said feeling a bit of dread of what Lord Inu-no-Taishou was here to say.

“I must try that.” But why I am here, is to get your thoughts on the matter of your void of the marriage. My son has no choose in the matter, unless he agrees on what you wish to do.” He said as I looked away to get my thoughts in order.

“I see that you are not fond of the idea.” He said, yet he was pleased. His lands needed a Lady they respected. He remembers when his race did not except his second wife 'Izayoi'. Times have changed. His son rules with an iron fist, where he himself ruled with fairness and kindness. Maybe these people &demons except this new lady because of his son Sesshomaru, but he didn't think so since he has not been around when this Lady has been ruling his people. So the respect they had for her was because of her.

“This goes no further than this room.” Please mi'lord.” I showed him enough weakness as it is, he does not need to know of the countless weaknesses I have when it comes to 'Him'.” I pleaded looking at Lord Inu-no-Taishou.

“Very well I owe you that much.” He said as he went to gather a chair to sit before me. At this point I had just noticed his hair was down from it's famous ponytail, wasn't quite as long as Sesshomaru's but long enough. It was a good look for him, made him look a bit younger.

“I...um..I loved your son since the day I met him, him thinking I was a ghost from the past.” I said as I laughed at the thought of that day.

“I came to realize I truly loved him when he took the whole village of people to safety, where I lived with Inuyasha and his family & friends. Our village was going to be attacked by a band of rogue demons.” Sesshomaru brought life back into mine, weather he meant to or not. He did.” I said as I explained how I came from another time like Kagome. Which he understood completely.

Lord Inu-no-Taishou sat there listening and hanging on every word I had to say as I went on.

“I never expected to fall in love with a demon or with anyone for that matter.” But when I met your son, I don't know I can't explain it. I just fell in love with him point blank.” Mi'lord I was not forced to marry Sesshomaru, I excepted my fate. I thought it was a bit soon. Sesshomaru on the other hand was not ready for marriage, he liked his freedom.” It was your son whom was forced into marriage, I excepted him from the start since I loved him...and still do.” By all fairness, it is he whom you should be talking to about the void of our marriage.” I said.

“So if I am getting this right?” You don't want to void your marriage.” He said more proud of his daughter-in-law than ever.

“Take it as you like, but what Sesshomaru wants I will go along with.” But as for the child, I keep it for it belongs to me.” I said as he nodded and got up and bowed to me.

Lord Inu-no-Taishou knew the thoughts of his son's on the void. Yet Sesshomaru not yet understanding any of this that is happening to him. He is young, maybe even too young. Taishou thought to himself, for himself not understanding the human race. He remembered he needed Izayoi the human princess. Yet he knew he loved the creature. Angela reminding him a lot of her, knowing she would be perfect for Sesshomaru.

Lord Inu-no-Taishou looks back toward the human's closed door.

Time has changed, the female human race for the better. She and Kagome come from a time where they except the unnatural and unusual race of demons. How things have changed in 6 hundred years of him being gone. He smiles before going to find Sesshomaru.

“Son.” Inu-no-Taishou said finding his son scanning the lands during the evening. The human child(Rin) clings to his every move as if not to let him leave without her again. The imp( Jaken) not far off from him either.

“Father.” Sesshomaru said looking to his father he came to respect more since the time of the great battle with Sou'unga.(Sword from Hell).

“The child needs a mother, you should offer Angela to be her mother.” Lord Inu-no-Taishou said as his hand went ontop of Rin's head.

“Go to her child, I believe she could use you to tell her you need her.” He finished as he saw the child look up to Sesshomaru.

“I will be here Rin.” I'm going nowhere.” Sesshomaru said asuring her that her fears were unjust.

Rin ran off to find Angela.

“You should be saying that to your wife.” Yet it was not fair of me to leave the marriage void only to Angela. I have come to you on what you wish to do.” Inu-no-Taishou said as his son looked away before talking.

“I choose to marry the human and not into my own race. She was the one forced into the bond, not I.” Sesshomaru said as he looked into the valley.

“Then I am at a stand still. For you both say the two of you were not forced.” Then do you wish to void the marriage from Angela?” Inu-no-Taishou asked as his son dorned a surprised look on his face as he turned to face his father.

“What more did she say? How could she say she wasn't forced?” Father I all but raped her...I feel she fears me, but won't show it.” Sesshomaru said.

“I would not call it fear, wrong word.” She respects you since Rin's life was hung over your head if you did not choose to marry.” Enough talk..tell me what you want.” Inu-no-Taishou ordered fighting to get a straight answer from his son.

“And if you do void, I shall take Angela and finish raising her since she is but still a child, and as well the child she carries. He finished.

“Are you father not forcing my hand?” The child she carries is mine.” I will see to it that he or she is raised right.” Sesshomaru said.
