"Naruto?" you whispered as you watched naruto swing back and forth
on the swing slowly, as if deep in thought. "Huh?" he mummbled
before looking up at you "oh I didn't pass; again." naruto sighed.
"Naruto, you do relise that the only way to pass, is to try again!"
you tried to comfort naruto, in a funny way. "But I actually wanted
to pass this time" naruto said gravely. You said nothing for a few
moments while naruto said in thought and then heard foot steps.
When you looked to your left you saw mizuki, one of your senseis.
"M-mizuki sensei?" you questioned a bit unsure, he always had you
on edge. Something about his eyes, like he was always hideing
something. That and how could someone be that nice All the time?
" Hey, Naruto,why don't we go somewhere and talk?" Mizuki-Sensei
suggested with that too sweet grin of his. It was if naruto sensed
nothiong wrong with the man and just followed him out of the court
yard. Leaving you alone. You hadn't realised, but Iruka-sensei made
his way up to you and layed his hand on your shoulder. you could
barely feel it though, it was as if it wasn't even there. Even so, you
swept it off your shoulder and slightly turned towards him, his face
held the same expression yours did. Slight confusion. "Why wont you
just pass him, Sensei? you know how talented he is!" you tried to
convice the sensei. "If I just passed him, out of the blue, word
would get around, everyone would get upset and then I would have
to pass everyone one. you know how that goes." he pinched the
bridge of his nose. "I just don't want to see Naruto...so sad" Iruka
didnt have time to resonded before you too, had exited the court
yard.

thought a minute more before coming to a conclusion 'Mizuki-Sensei!
it may be a little scattered but it would explain why he's not here,
and Naruto is...how Convenient' you thought silentliy and you
growled out loud by mistake accidently waking shikamaru from his
nap and distracted choji from his eating. " Lexy? What are you doing
here?" iruka asked quiet enough for only Lexy to hear. "Sensei? if I
told you spirits had a purpose, would you think im crazy?" you
pondered. "huh" The Sensei thought for second "I really dont know
what a strange question, why do you ask?". "I dunno, but now it
looks like you owe me a penny" you grinned. "ah ha ha, very funny,
penny for your thoughts, you got me, any way, back to the orginal
subject. You may stay and watchclass if you like but it will be very
boring". You bowed to Iruka, greatful. "Thank-you sensei". Iruka
smiled and walked to the front of the class room to adress the rest
of the students. He assigned each of the students to a team and
they were soon after picked up, by their new sensei to play 'Meet
and Greet!'. Well except Lexy, and team 7. Which consisted of the
Bubble gum pink , Sakura Haruno, The Blonde Number one Hyper
active, Knuckle Head, Naruto Uzumaki, and last but not least, the
raven haired Sasuke Uchiha.Eventually Naruto noticed you and made
his way in your direction. The seat you were sitting in was on the far
side of the class room, but in the front row of the class. You liked
sitting there, you could hear alot better and take notes eaiser. being
in the front of the class gave you alot of time to examine Mizuki's
habit's too.No one liked sitting all the way in front, so you didnt like
to worry about someone having to steal your seat.You were kind of
surprized he didnt notice you sooner, but with him oogling Sakura,
and glaring at Saskue, he had no time to glance over in your
direction. untill now that is. "Hey Lexy!" he shouted like you were
yards away even though there were only desks seperating your path.
"What'cha doing here? I thought you said you didn't pass?" Naruto
was hit over the head in the following seconds "Naruto, you idiot!
don't say something stupid like that!" she seethed, "Sorry, Naruto is
just an Idiot!" she gared at him. Sakura didnt entirely hate you. You
figure it's only because you haven't made a attempt on the Young
Uchiha. "It's fine Sakura-san" you gritted your teeth through a fake
grin. "You're right Naruto, I didn't pass, but that what school is for
right? Pass and fail. And like I said there's always next time". "Then
why don't you just go home already? you have no squad, and no
reason to be here so just go away" Sasuke said sourly. "I would, but
there's some one I haven't seen in a long time, you know? i figure i
could catch them here and if not I'll be out of your hair for good" you
finished. "Whatever, do what you want, but I'm gonna make our
sensei pay for making us wait!" Nauto said as he grabbed the
bored's eraser. "Heh heh! just watch! he'll walk throught the door
and BAM! the eraser come down on this head!" Naruto snickered
some more. "Our sensei is a elite jonnin, he wont fall for that"
Sasuke said smugly after Naruto had come down from the stool "HA!
there we go!" Naruto mumbled, ignoring Sasuke. Just then, the new
sensei walked in and BAM in the head, with the eraser... you only
caught the end of the sentence because you were staring at the
sensei in surprize. It sounded something like "Your all Idiots...." the
voice it came from was pretty familiary too. You tried not to be
noticed as you made your way to the back door, to escape. And
Hopefully you weren't noticed.

Naruto was eating Ramen at his favorite returante, Ichiraku. He
was currently on his third bowl. He was about to pay when his new
sensei walked in, took the stool next to him and ordered each of
them a new round of ramen. Naruto was silent while it was being
made, and even after it arrived. "Sensei, not that I don't mind free
Ramen and stuff, but what with the charity?" He questioned,
forgetting his manners as he slurrped up the noodles and Broth. "I
came to talk" Kakashi said calmly; not touching his ramen. "Well,
this is a place where people eat! so eat, and then talk!" Naruto said
happily. "It's about Lexy" The Silver haired man said firmly. Naruto
paused, and slowly set his half full bowl down. "Okay...?" he spoke
slowly and quietly this time. " Don't go near her. Stay away from her
if you know what's good for you" he responded. " And why not?!
She's my friend!! I can Hang out with Her if I-" "She' Dead, Naruto".
When Kakashi had cut him off, it was in a tone of voice that was
higher than normal, well Naruto hadn't known him long so from what
he could consider normal, and said to Naruto 'Don't Question This'.
Naruto Took this information in and decided not to believe it, that it
wasn't true. "If you want proof. Her name is on the KAI stone."
Naruto, deciding he was no longer hungy, paid his bill, and ran to
the KAI stone. To prove the Older man wrong.

You slowly gazed upon the names of great nin, Killed in battle. Be it
the wars, or on missions, they were given glory and praise, even in
death. Your fingers inched very slowly towards a fimilar name, but
you reused to speak it aloud, much less acknoledge it. Alexis 'Lexy'
Hatake. You nearly cried. But you couldn't, even if you could you
wouldn't want anyone to see your tears. You heard some one walk
up from behind you, and pass you to read the stone. You knew who
it was. It was Naruto, you could see his eyes looking over the name
mutiply times, but it's as if he still didn't get it. You say nothing.
"so this is you? dead?" he stated coldly as if betrayed. "naruto, your
voice, it freezes me to the bone. You speak so Coldly, why?" you
asked trying to keep composed. "Don't lie to me! You have no
Bones!" naruto yelled out raged. Your four fingers coverd over your
name, as if wanting to hide it from the world. You Flinched at his
words. "I did at one point, I too was human, just like you are,
Naruto" your bangs covered your eyes "Lexy, I trusted you" Naruto
spoke calmer this time. "I was a chuunin, Naruto...He and I...we
aren't blood related, my real parents we killed by rogues when i was
very young. And Kakashi...he found me and took me in. As his sister
I grew become a great ninja, talented in everything I did, and didn't
back down from any mission, no matter how hard, or lame it
sounded. Kakashi and I were on a B-ranked mission together and
the Rock-nin threw poisin tipped senbon at him, and the first thing i
did was jump in front of him....I guess the rest doesn't matter"
when you finished speaking and looked up you had seen that Naruto
had dissapeared.

You had been avoiding naruto for the past year and, watching
everyone grow and learn. You loved to watch you brother, you never
approched or spoke to him, but he knew you were there. You had
also been watching sasuke, you knew it was only a matter of time,
untill the last Uchiha had made his way from the village. He never
really talked to you but you watched from afar as his days grew
longer and harder to handle. "Naruto!" you called out as he turned
round face to face with you "what?" he asked rather coldly, he didn't
expect much from you, seeing as you were dead, "I-I just wanted to
say goodbye..and thank you...for the wonderful memories" you
trailed off as naruto's expression sofened "huh?"he asked sadly. "I-I
must take my leave, where all spirits go,naruto, this will be the last
time I see you". "What?!?" naruto shouted. "no it's not true!" naruto
demanded you half heartedly shrugged and he followed you to the
KAI stone where you stood and wait for him to catch his breath,
there were tear streaming down his face. "No! please don't leave!
I'm begging you!" He pleaded shaking his blonde head in disbelief.
"I'm sorry for nottalking to you and listening to you, and seeing you
and....and" he was cut off by your weightless lips on his "I love you
Naruto, Goodbye" You said for the last time. "No. Just bye" He
wiped his eyes and continued " Goodbye is for when you never plan
to meet again. Bye is when your sure to meet." He smiled,
detiremined. You eyes softened and you smiled. "Bye then" and you
faded out. Something Clicked in Naruto's brain before he punched
the ground. "I Love you too!" he screamed to the heavens. 'I only
wish I had told you sooner' He thought. But he figured she would of
already known.

Whenhe got home later that night, he stipped to his boxers and
t-shirt and climbed into bed. when he rolled over though, he found a
folded peice of paper on his second pillow, he opened it and it read:
