A Tattered Promise ♦Anime Cross over♦♀Uchiha Itachi♂ ♥Chapter Six: The fight on Tenchi Bridge : Enter the wolf

The kyuubi's chakra goes out of control and swirls round above Naruto, "Give Sasuke Back!" i shake my head, "there's no giving back Naruto kun" Kabuto Taunts, "let me explain it to you" Kabuto throws my to the side, i twitch "im not an item don't just throw me where ever you like!" i rant, "Sasuke came to us on his own free will, it's time you got over it and start behaving like a man" i glare Kabuto, "you know nothing about Naruto's feelings! I've had enough of your 'cool' Attitude! So shut your mouth four eyes!" I stare at Sakura then drop my head as i feel her glare at me, "if you want to know about Sasuke you can try forcing it out of me if you that is, or you can try asking Ume" i freeze and widen my eyes at Orochimaru, 'he knew about me meeting Sasuke' i shake "What's he talking about Ume sensei?" Naruto growls "i met with Sasuke early this morning that's where i went" i don't look at him "you did what! And you didn't even think about trying to bring him back-" "Stop it Naruto! He won't come back he left on his own will! If he was forced to leave he would already be in the leaf village and on this mission with us you baka!" i yell clenching my fist crying, "Sasuke wouldn't do that-" "you know nothing about him Naruto!" "you see Sasuke won't come back to you" Orochimaru smirks then Naruto speeds forward in a nine tails chakra cloak, his hand covered in a claw shape chakra hits Orochimaru in the face sending him into the forest, I slowly uncover my face, "Naruto kun.." my voice is shaky, ~"Lets join in"~ 'no we can't' i say, i close my eyes trying control the Juubu, i feel slightly burning on my skin, "I said no damnit!" i yell "shut it! I don't take orders!" my eyes widen as the Juubu talks through the chakra so every one can hear it's harsh tone. "Nine tail's have you gotten fat hahaha!" i shiver from the chuckle "shut it mutt be and a good dog and sit!" the nine tail's starts talking through Naruto, i feel my body lose control "hee hee i never thought i'd see you be tamed Kyu Kyu" the Juubu's chakra speaks as it forms a wolf's head over mine, "Ume sensei!" Sakura yells as the chakra surrounding me starts collecting the discarded Kyuubi's, i shake and huff "stop get back in your cage" i demand, i scream and fall forawrd as the burn on my back pumps with burning, i place my hands over my head as i feel burning on it, "a resealing seal it's been a while since i've something like that" Kabuto comments, "oh fuck seriously i just got out the cage now im going back in!" the Juubu curses as it's chakra is sucked back into the cage and the burning stops, "you've become quite the jinchuuriki Naruto kun" i look at Orochimaru as i curl up in pain, "it explains why you were choosen to watch over him, it seems my experiments were some help after all" i blink and wipe my brow as sweat pours down my face as i try to fight the pain, "e-experiments?" i stutter "you would think Konoha would be a bit more grateful, wouldn't you agree dearest guinea pig of mine?" i turn and stare at Yamato, "guinea pig? Who is that person?" Kabuto questions and walks over to me, "he has the first Hokage's abilities, the mokuton ninjutsu and can bend Bijuus at his own will" i explain pushing my self up, "Kabuto heal that burn on her back it's unsightly" i twitch "thats my back you're talking about snake boy!" i growl "right away Orochimaru sama" Kabuto pushes me back down and pulls my dres up getting a full view of my back, i jitter as i feel his medical jutsu brush lightly over my back, "i Obtained the data on the first hokage's Genome from his remains, i carried out experiments in which his genetics traits were spliced into 60 children who were my test subjects. But it seemed that their bodies didn't like the forign DNA to say the least causing them to die by the dozen, one after another" Orochimaru removed his hand from his face showing his face in tact not ripped open showing some one else behind it. "Here i thought all the children had shared the same fate but here you are the lone survivor" i swallow after Orochimaru's explaination and from the burning feeling in my back slowly going, "well i guess you can get your hands on an overdue research smaple" Kabuto jokes, my eyes widen in shock as i feel Kabuto rub the space under my breast, i scream as the Juubu's chakra goes out the burn and forms a hand gripping Kabuto neck and throwing him only a small distance from me, i groan and cover my head with my hands once more, "arrgh!" i scream, "Ume chan" Yamato runs over and kneels down next to me, "hai but before that i would like our Sasuke kun to fight the Kyuubi boy to see who's stronger" Naruto growls causing the Kyuubi Chakra to increase forming another tail "he isn't your! In my presence Don't you Dare talk about Sasuke like he belongs to YOU!" i scream as my burn flames up more acting up to the Kyuubi chakra, i scream louder and cry as i feeling burning creep away from the burn and slowly along my body.

I look at Naruto and shiver, he now has three tails, Yamato notices my burn spread and picks me up and take me away from Naruto and places me on the other side on the bridge by a tree, but as im put down the Kyuubi Chakra spreads out swirling out and hits me, i scream and cry as the burning increase. I try and watch as the bridge railing break, but im forced to close my eyes as the burning takes over my whole body, 'what the fuck are you doing Kyuubi?' ~"oh it's not the Kyuubi girl! Im just reacting to his chakra, that seal is burning your body taking it over to keep me in!"~ "keep you...in?" i question out loud, i get no answer just a chuckle increasing the burning, i look at my arms and see they're burnt and slowly slit and bleeding, i push my self up, i watch closly as Naruto roars back at Kabuto as he uses the same thing with the Yamato in Sasori disguise, as Naruto roars he uses only his chakra to form a ball round him destroying the bridge and pushing Kabuto back. I see Sakura slowly slip off the bridge, i ignore the burning and push my self up, "Shadow style: Kage no nami!" yell performing hand signs and slid down on my wave created by shadow, i catch Sakura and return to the ground and lay her down. I huff and fall to my side and lay beside her "amazing, covered in burns you can still move" I see Kabuto's feet as he walks towards me, Yamato runs over and slids to block him "Ume chan is Sakura alright?" i push myself up and hold her head "i think she hit her head but she's not injured" "hmm Ume....sensei" she opens her eyes "Sakura chan *huff* are you okay" she sits up "gomensai im fine now" she looks at me in shock, "your body it's burnt" i huff and smiling at her "im fine" i look at the sky and see the Kyuubi's chakra swirl up, i groan and lean forward as the burning carries on, Yamato makes a wood clone and creates a wood beam for it to get a cross the broke bridge, "huh? what happened here?" i try to explain but i fall forward once more, "it was all Naruto" Yamato says "Where is he?" Sakura yelps, i point in the direction in which the Kyuubi's chakra was "he's got three tails now maybe more i think" i retreat my arm and breathe heavily, "Ume sensei" "Sakura try and heal the burns the best you can" "Hai captain Yamato!" Sakura sits me up and helps me take my dress off exposing my back, i cover my chest tightly "this may hurt but bear with me okay" i nod.

I breathe lighter as the burns on my arms are slowly retreating to my main burn on my back, "Captain Yamato you know something about Naruto that you're not saying right?" i look at Yamato, "just what is happening to him?" "the Kyuubi's Chakra is taking over his body Sakura, it's chakra is leaking from the seal and Naruto is losing it out of rage creating the fox cloak so to speak" i explain, "i have to say this isn't the place i'd though i'd see the fourth tail" Yamato comments, "what did Orochimaru mean when he said you were choosen to watch over Naruto Captain Yamato?" Sakura asks, "i was choosen for a particular reason by the powers that-be" i look at Yamato not understanding quite what he meant, i face back to the time i first met him.

"Captain Kakashi!" i follow behind the Hokage as i was being assigned my new team, "hai Hokage sama" "you're new team member, Nakagawa Ume, be careful though she a rookie just past the ANBU exam" i step behind the hokage and bow, the masked man in front of me smiles "please to meet you im your new squad captain Hatake Kakashi this Tenzo you will stick to him like glue on our first mission just to learn the ropes of things okay" i nod "hai" Kakashi then hands me a white mask shaped like a wolf with dark purple nose and fang pattren "this will be your ANBU mask take care of it" i nod and take hold it gently, "okay Tenzo will take you now, it's time to get your tattoo" i whimper and hide behind the hokage and shake my head, "i don't want a tattoo" i whisper and grip the Hokages cloak, "wait till she's ready she's only 12 after all" Hokage says waving his hand, "i was younger then that Hokage sama" i look a Kakashi then look down, "is it to late to back out of being ANBU" i say to Hokage, "just abit" i weep. "Now don't be afraid it won't hurt that much" Tenzo says kneeling down in front of me "it hurts!" "oh no!" Hokage says signing, "then no im not having it done just draw it on with a pen or use a kid tattoo that washes off im not haveing a real tattoo" i yell and hiding inside Hokage's cloak and wrape myself round his leg, "now now Ume you knew ANBU black ops had tattoos you knew you'd have to get one" i frown "hai" "it'll be done in no time" Tenzo says i peep out of Hokage's cloak and take Tenzo's hand he holds out with a smile, i nod and take his hand and i have my ANBU Tattoo done.

I touch my tattoo on my arm, i smile "Tenzo kun you lied the tattoo did hurt, alot" i laugh slightly causing him to smile at me."Well then...it seems that Sasori won't be showing up after all, i guess his decision to tell you about this bridge was in all likelihood of having you take care of Orochimaru sama, after all Orochimaru sama has been a thron in Akatsuki's side" i look behind as do Sakura and Yamato as Kabuto walks over, "if the Sasori i knew chose to send you here he must have been certainly impressed with your strenght, but still Sasori harboed ill will towards Orochimaru sama and alwasy talked about how he would finish him off with his own hands, if he's gone back on his words and sent you to do it for him then he's been reduced to a state where he can't do it himself, so in other words he's either been taken captive or longer one of the living" "gomen to disapoint you but it's the latter" Sakura says and turns back to my burns, Kabuto smirks "that wonderful news" i sign "look we don't have any buisness with you Kabuto, our buisness with Orochimaru so do us a fav...our" i stutter as Kabuto appears in front of me with his chakra covering his hand like before near my neck "i'd watch your tongue" he smirks then licks my cheek "he's right your skin is sweet" he mocks and removes his hand and leans it on his hip as we all stare in the direction of three huge doors appearing, "Orochimaru sama..." "it seems that Nar- the Kyuubi is winning" "don't speak to soon Orochimaru sama hasn't even reached the peek of his power yet" "tsch" i turn my head away "you sure do talk alot" i insult Kabuto getting a glare off him making me laugh, i the freeze "wait Yoshi's over there!" i yelp standing up still holding onto my chest, "oh my what a problem you seem to have" Kabuto smirks, I glare and kneel down to grab my dress, i notice the chakra surrounding Kabuto's hand again but it stays by his side, i glare right into his eyes and reach for my dress, i return standing and carefully pull my dress back on trying not to expose myself. Once dressed i run to the edge of the bridge and jump and do hand signs as i fall"Shadow style: Kage no nami!" i yell and stand on the out stretched shadow, once far another i jump on the other side of the bridge and cancel the jutsu. I quickly do more hand signs "Akkigan:Kyūkyoku no rēdā" i look round and spot Yoshi and my bag, i nod and look to find Naruto and Orochimaru. I yelp and jump out the way of Naruto in Kyuubi cloak form being pushed back by a giant sword, i follow the sword and see Orochimaru's head stretched out, i shake my head and run toward Yoshi. I yelp as someone grabs me, "let me go!" i yell, "Ume chan calm down" i stop and look up "Yamato senpai" i smile "it's dangours here go bac-" "NO! Yoshi's over here!" i push him away and start running.

I scream once as the burning increases more then before, "Yoshi.." i spot him and drag him to my lap, "it's okay baby im here" he whimpers, i notice a burn on his stomach, i sense the Kyuubi's chakra emiiting from it "Naruto kun did this..." i frown and try using a healing jutsu but the burn on my back and body flame up and start spread again. I scream and cough up some blood, "s-shit" i curse. I look up and see Orochimaru puke up another Orochimaru, i see he's weak and lying on the ground not moving, i smirk and take a kunai out this is my chance" i get up but im pushed back down, "don't think so pinky" i turn my round head and spot Kabuto, i glare "your eyes carry the kekki genkai Akkigan, such an old eye, long before Sharingan, i guess you could see it was the creator of ninjutsu eye technique" he smirks as he presses his body into mine, "g-get off" i moan as for now the burning stop, "that seal of yours is interesting i must say, it forces the Juubu to stay in but sending the seal all over your body causing it to burn making you weak but also the Juubu" i twitch and turn over and kick Kabuto off me, "im impressed you can still move" i huff then scream and fall to my side as the burns had taken over my right leg and left thigh. "oh my unable to move now" i whimper and curl up "it hurts..." "oh does it i could heal them burns for you if you want and i'll heal your dragon" he smirks at me, i look Yoshi then back at him "im not stupid want do you want in return!" i snap "you...Orochimaru graves a new test subject, someone with a rare kekki genkai but unforutantly Amaya left about a year and half ago so his justu is still untested-" "forget it i will not be used like a lab rat!" i turn my head away, "fine then how about this!" i look back at him, "if i heal your burns completely but only heal your dragon to the point where he can move you leave the leaf village and become's Orochimaru's forever" i look down as he pushes his glasses up, "you'll heal Yoshi fully and me to the point where i can move" i glare "and i'll join Orochimaru" "deal" Kabuto smirks and walks over to Yoshi and begins healing him. After about 10 minutes he walks over to me and yanks my dress up and heals me slightly so my legs can move better, i sign and pull my dress down, "now.." Kabuto grabs me by the waist and holds me like an object and we appear by Orochimaru and Sai, im dumped on the ground and Kabuto jumps on Sai's back "what's the meaning of this?" Kabuto demands pushing a Kunai to Sai's neck, i huff and sit up, i groan and grip my fully burned covered arm "oh please do calm down dear Kabuto, that boy is now ours to keep from now on" i glare at Sai 'root they're all the the same...' i look widen eyes at Sai 'wait this has Danzo written all over it' i glare and claw the ground with my fully burnt arm, "can we trust him?" Kabuto question, i huff and shakily "please take a look inside that envelop it's from Danzo sama for you sir" i glare at the envelop as Orochimaru picks it up. I watch carefully as Orochimaru opens the envelop and smirks "most interesting" i huff more and lower my self to ground a bit more, "what's in there?" Kabuto asks moving the Kunai closer to Sai's neck, "Kabuto let the boy go" Orochimaru closes the envelop "he'll be coming with us after all" Kabuto gets off Sai and Orochimaru turns to me, "i trust Ume is too Kabuto?" "hai Orochimaru sama, willingly too" "excellant news" he walks over to me licking his right index and middle fingers, i gulp as purple liquid drips from them, i shiver and lean back as he kneels infront of me, he grabs my jaw and squeezes it forcing me to open my mouth. I whimper as he slowly runs the dripping fingers over my tongue, i blush and twitch as the liquid tasted horrid, i huff as the fingers leave my mouth "that was a special kind of jutsu i recently created, that liquid on your tongue is poision you can swallow it now" i swallowhesitantly he smirks and strokes my face "if you get at least 5 metres away from me the poision with activate so stay close" my eyes widen and i shake, he gets up and i start sob softly, "now now don't it's not like it'll kill you just make your body numb and unmoveable till it leaves your body" i bite my lip and shake. "Sai was it, dare i say it but it's time we set off" i sniff and push my self up, i take hold of my fully burnt arm, i quickly look at it and see my hand covered in blood, i smile slightly as an idea springs to mind.

I squeeze my arm as i stay close behind Orochimaru, i a jump from another branch i place my bloody hand on it, Yoshi acute sense of smell will be able to easily pick this up. I fridge as i squeeze my arm again, "Orochimaru sama.." Kabuto says, i gulp and keep my hand on my arm, i could tell Sai caught on to what i was doing, "Hai, indeed- it appears we're being followed" Orochimaru looks back at me, i quickly activate my Akkigan to read Kabuto's lips, (* lip readding) *But is he being follwed or letting someone follow him* i blink then flinch as the burning starts up slightly again, *what do we do?* "on either case im afraid we'll end up with a corpse on our hands - right Kabuto" my eyes widen, i knew the Yamato would follow after watching me go after Yoshi, Kabuto smirks and stares at Sai, he then stares at me and notices me squeezeing my arm making it bleed leave a blood droplet trail, he glares and stops then grabs my neck slaming me into the tree i land on. I whimper and try and pull his hand off my neck, "you bitch!" "Kabuto what's the matter?" Orochimaru stops then notices my arm "well it seems you've been a bad girl Ume chan" i shiver as he walks closer and his hand takes Kabuto's place on my neck, i try to finish for breathe "i wonder how much pressure can your body with stand" i grab his wrist and try yanking him off, "you want your arm to bleed fine" he smirks and grabs my arm, he squeezes hard and my bone brokes but he keeps squeezing till my bone rips out my arm causing blood to pour like water out of a tap, he releashes my neck and i fall on butt, i sob and lean on the tree and try and stick my bone back in my arm. I shiver as my blood lose is increasing and i just about see Kabuto with a male corpse making it resemble Sai who watches me from a distance, i close my eyes and let my head hit the tree, 'why am i so stupid?' ~"your words not mine heehee"~ i twitch "shut it!" i scold out loud, i feel Orochimaru and Kabuto glance at me, 'heal my arm, and not the unbroken one the one with the bone sticking out' ~"are you sure, before you wanted nothing to do with my chakra"~ i look down at the forest "that was different..." ~"different huh different how?"~ i don't answer only pout ~"you may to be scared to end up like Naruto but you are a jinckuuriki girl! It will happen sooner or later so don't fight it"~ i start sobbing again, "i know" i whisper, ~"take your hand away from your arm and hold it out slight"~ i nod and do so, i blink and stop crying as watch the Juubu's chakra surround my arm dorming a claw, i watch as my wounds heal and my bone is pushed back in my arm and is fixed, i smile and sign 'thanks' ~"no problem but the burning will most likely start again"~ i nod, i stand up and dust my self off, and without a doubt the burning came and worse then before, i groan and fall forward, Orochimaru quickly shots his tongue at me grabbing me by the throat and drags me towards him, his arms wrap round me and his tongue leaves my neck, i huff in pain "your clan elders are certainly cruel" i nod at him and grip his shirt. "Kabuto.." "almost done Orochimaru sama" "very well" i stay still breathing heavily, i whimper as i watch the burns on my arm stread, Orochimaru runs his hand over the newly made burns "this seal won't stop unless it's stopped" he explains running his hold all over my burns, "when we get back to the liar a certain type of jutsu will have to be performed" i look at him not having a clue what he was talking about, "finished Orochimaru sama" Kabuto stands up and i look at him, my eyes widen in fear as i see Sai hang from a rope "S-Sai..." "im Fine Ume sensei" i turn round and see Sai giving me a fake smile, i nod and walk out of Orochimaru's hold, i shot my head up quick as i feel a bunch of chakras 'i know them...those chakras thier' i scream and fall back as some smashes the brunch we're on. I open my eyes as im caught bridal style by someone, i close my eyes and push my stray hair from my ponytail back and behind my ear, as i open my eyes i have to close one as the sun hits them, i place a hand above my brow, "Itachi kun..." i say softly, he looks at with the sharingan then glares, i lower my head from his glare. "Well i would expect a welcoming greeting, it's been so long time Kisame, Itachi" i look at Orochimaru as he's unharmed, i look round quickly, i see Sai unharmed and sign in relief. As i reopen my eyes i close them quickly and whimper as my burns spread quicker, i open my eyes and look back at Itachi, i huff quickly then grab my arms yelp as both arms burn. "Orochimaru what did you do?" "me? nothing it's the burn on her back oh you might know about it, the burn is a symbol the Nakagawa's use to brand their clan so they don't stray from the path but her burn is also the Juubu's seal, a resealing seal which will spread over her body burning it keeping the Juubu in and burning it's body also weakening it but also weaken the vessel too, a beautiful seal i must say" he licks his lips, "Kisame can you handle things here till the others arrive to finish off old trash" i watch through one eye as Orochimaru watches me pant and gulp in pain "if you plan you on running i would think twice Itachi kun" i bite lip as i remember the poision, "what are you talking about?" "i performed a jutsu on her, which i place a poison in her and if she's 5 metres away from me the will take effect" Itachi smirks, "that would be a problem but Akatsuki has a poision master" Kabuto steps forward "did have a poision master Sasori is dead Itachi" he pushes his glasses up, "was dead, was, the akatsuki recently got a new member one who can use the revival jutsu quite useful actual" Orochimaru glares and i shake 'onee chan' i remember that night, i hold my head trying to block the images out, i sob slightly and huff as bad memories mixed with pain does not go well. "You have no idea how i've wanted to do this!" Kisame yells and wanks his sword at Orochimaru, as it hits him he drags it back shredding his skin, "Orochimaru Sama!" Kabuto yells getting to Orochimaru's aid, i sob and look at Itachi, "don't leave me" i plead hooking on to his neck gently, he looks at me shocked. He holds onto me closer "i would never leave you, my love" he lowers his head and kisses me gently, i blush and hold his head and kiss back, as we kiss i feel Sai looking shocked at the scene. As we part Itachi keeps his eyes on me, i smile then grip his cloak tightly and scream, "it seems the seal's taken over her whole body now!" Orochimaru chuckles, "Ume chan calm down" Itachi shakes me, but i scream louder and cry, my skin then rips ~"play time"~ my eyes widen, i push Itachi out the way then do some quick hand signs and make the shadow under the branch Sai's standing on knock him out the way, I feel the Juubu's chakra build u inside me, "thats why you were collecting the Kyuubi's chakra, so the seal would over flow and finially burst letting you out" i say falling to my knees, "how'd you guess" "you make me sick!" i yell. I then scream as i feel the cage door break open and the Juubu rush out, I scream and cry as the seal breaks and the Juubu's spirit and chakra breaks from my body.

Sai's Pov (yeah someone elses pov- i bet you're thinking)

I groan and push myself up "why did she?" i look ahead and she Ume sensei screaming,"thats why you were collecting the Kyuubi's chakra, so the seal would over flow and finially burst letting you out" my eyes widen, "how'd you guess" i shiver from the voice of the Juubu out loud and clear like on the bridge. I stand up and see Orochimaru and Kabuto jump by me, "we need to get out of here Orochimaru sama" "no i lost the Akkigan once i won't lose it a second time, we take once she's collasped" i look at them then back at Ume sensei, i watch as dark purple chakra, almost black, rushes from her back, it starts forming a giant K9 skeleton with 10 tails. A blue liquid then rushing round the skeleton forming the veins, organs and tissue, i step back slightly. A rush of black dust then finally leaves Ume sensei's body forming the skin, claws and fur for the monster above her. The giant wolf howles i shake at first but then notice Ume sensei begin to fall forward, i rush infront of her and catch her gently "domo arigotu for saving me Ume sensei" i say, i pick her up bridal style then jump back to Orochimaru, i stare down at Ume sensei and see her whole body covered in burns, i check her a pulse and breathing, there was a faint pulse and she was breathing but just."Sai lets go!" I turn and follow Kabuto and Orochimaru closly behind.

Team Kakashi-

No one pov:

"Where's Ume sensei Captain Yamato?" Sakura questions as she looks round the pit created by Naruto, "unfortuantly it seems she's left with Orochimaru, most likely black mailed-" "YOSHI!" Sakura screams and runs toward the land dragon, "Yoshi wake up come on boy" she coos taking his head into her lap and lightly tapping his cheek, he opens his eyes and barks slightly "he's okay" Sakura signs with tears, "Sakura chan is he alright?" Naruto asks runnign over "hai he's fine but it seemed his injures were healed but badly like they were in a rush" "so Kabuto blackmailed Ume sensei into going with him and Orochimaru if he healed Yoshi and he didn't even bother to do it properly!" Naruto yells clenching his fist, "Naruto calm down we'll find h-" Yamato is cut off by the giant K9 skeleton being formed by Chakra. Captain Yamato what is that?" Sakura asks "the Juubu Ookami, Ume chan's seal has been broken it escaped" Naruto grabs his seal and shakes, "that's what was inside Ume sensei..." Yamato places his hand to his ear as he gets a transmission, "i've got a transmission from my wood clone" "Akatsuki are here fighting Orochimaru and Ume chan's seal had broken, it seems the Juubu was collecting the Kyuubi's chakra to over flow the seal" Yamato nods and removes his hand, "It seems that when we were on the bridge and Naruto you had one tail in your fox cloak the Juubu was collecting the Kyuubi chakra which had leaked out and used it to break the seal" Yamato explains, Sakura looks at her arm then back at Yoshi and properly heals his wound.
