Flinging open the door, I kicked my shoes off and flopped down onto the couch. The book bag that I've been carrying felt like a boulder was weighting down onto my shoulder, so without any second thoughts, I pulled the strap over my head and flung the bag across the room, landing on the floor along with all the other junk that littered my apartment.

'Meow~!!'

"WOAH--" My arm flung up and my hand clutched the fabric over my heart as my head snapped towards the direction of the noise. I slowly let realization sink in as a black cat sat on my window sill. I couldn't help but sigh in relief, as I got up and walked to the window. I call this cat Neko, very original, isn't it? I've always kept a can of cat food and milk next to the window ever since he started visiting me regularly.

I carefully set the can and bowl of milk down in front of Neko. Neko was a stray cat, at least, thats what I came to a conclusion to. Though what I found most amusing about Neko were his eye's. His eyes were deathly pale; the outlines of his irises were a soft cerulean, the irises itself a watery sapphire.That's when I remembered the boy from the café. His eyes had been an icy and clouded blue, paler than periwinkle's...

The loud sounds of my neighbors yells woke me up from my little 'daze'. Neko was already gone, leaving the can and bowl empty, he must've ran away while I hadn't been watching. Ah, well obviously, how else could he have gone? It's not like cat's can teleport... Can they? Now I'm just being silly... With a loud sigh of boredom, I flopped back down onto the couch and just waited, and waited, and waited.

As if someone had finally answered my pleads, my doorbell's ring had sounded. I got up quickly, excited at first but... Who would possibly visit at this hour? I stood before the door in silence, trying to catch any suspicious noises from behind the door, just incase the incidents back at the park weren't just random happenings, but all was silent.

I reached for the door knob, my last thought's before swinging open the door were 'Curiosity killed the cat~'. I was expecting some guy in a ski mask and a bloody knife to be standing there, prepared to slice my head off or rob my house, maybe even both. But no, the only thing outside my door was a cardboard package wrapped in thin, brown paper. "...The hell?" I slowly bent down to pick up the neatly wrapped package. I held the box tightly and held it next to my ear, slightly shaking it up and down. I could hear a faint rustling from inside, but nothing more.

I tuned back around and walked back into my house, kicking the door shut behind me with my foot. Instantly, I sat down cross-legged on the spot and placed the box onto my lap. At first, I tried to carefully unwrap it because I might use the paper in the near future so that I wouldn't have to go out and buy that present-wrapping stuff (Because I'm cheap.) but the paper was being stubborn and out of frustration, I ripped apart the paper and pulled open the packaging.

Inside the box was a black and white... Maid dress? Articles of clothing were neatly folded at the bottom of the box, stacked on top of each other neatly. Some small accessories like lace headbands and black bows were outlining the rim of the box, but on top of it all lay a small card, just like the one at the park. This package must be from the same person, but I never called them, had I? I was pretty sure I hadn't, but since I already lost my job, I wouldn't wanna go job-hunting AGAIN.

I picked up the card and held it to my face, reading the small, fancy print handwriting.

Be there at 7:30 AM.
Sharp.
Slowly, I turned the card over.
