Drabble 64: Shut Up ~*:.:*~ Axel 1/3 ~*:.:*~

I looked around the vast lobby, trying to find the person I was waiting for. I kept checking my watch, but when I did, I heard a voice behind me.

“Hello, Omue.” Axel laid his arm around my shoulder. “How’re you?”

“Good,” I said back. I looked up at him, and he grinned down at me. He had met me at the movie theater, and we were going to see a brand new movie. I’d heard good things about it, and Axel had already seen it. He said we should go together.

We got our popcorn and sat down, waiting for the movie to start. During that time, we traded cheesy pick-up lines and random things. Soon, the lights dimmed, but Axel was still finishing one up. I threw a piece of popcorn at him and hissed, “Shut up.”
