Name: Katherine (Katie) Cromwell

Age: Changes throughout the series. Same year as Ginny.

House: Gryffindor

Why?: Katie is a leader. With a strong backbone, there isn't any group she can't pull together. Her matter of fact persona has other's running to her for advice, even when she'd rather they not. Her bravery can only be measured by the love she has for her family and CLOSEST friends.

Her wand?: 12" Holly, Dragon

Holly is a powerful protective wood that's good for use against evil. Her dragon's heartstring core makes her wand very effective in hexes.

Her overall score as a witch?: 37/40 wisdom, 33/40 bravery, 21/40 emotional, and 22/40 martyrdom

Her specialty?: Like her sister, Katie is intuned with nature. She can 'hear' the earth speak to her.

What does she studying throughout the fanfiction?: Witches and Wizards throughout the world. Each culture has a different way of teaching magic, Katie wants to learn them all.

A little history?: Katie Cromwell is the younger sister of Sarah Cromwell. Katie's Family dates back to the 1600's in the time of the Salem Witch Trials.

Katieis a pureblood of one of the oldest and most powerful wizarding families from the 'new world era'.Unlike her sister however, her blood status doesn't mean a damn thing to her, and she sees everyone as her equal. (Possibly why she was put into Gryffindor instead of Slytherin like her older sister.)

Friends: Everyone but Hermione. Katie really can't stand her.

Her biggest flaw?: She stresses way too much. It builds up and then overflows and the outcome isn't pretty.
