~START~ The trees flash past you in a blur of greens and brown as you and the others make their way to Totosai. Rin kept poking at you in the side through the entire trip, asking you what had happenedYou returning in a bloody and muddy Yukata would of course stir up questions from the young girl. I told you already Rin-Chan! It was just a small fight! You dont need to be worried... Rin looks up at you with her big brown eyes and nods with an adorable smile. You grin and ruffle her hair. Sesshoumaru was keenly gazing out the window, waiting for the carriage to land. You snuggle up next to him. He looks at you and you met his gaze with a warm smile. We should be there very shortly. He speaks curtly. You sound like youre in a bad mood You exclaim, crossing your arms with a playful frown. Sesshoumaru also crosses his arms. Its nothing. Hmm, yeahright You reply with a roll of your eyes. You knew he was lyingYou would bet he was thinking about youWhat you really were...You grin and rest your head on his shoulder. Sesshy You mumble. You giggle and teasingly scoot to the other end of the seat where you act very interested in the tree topsHana!! You hear from just outside the carriage. You poke your head out the window and see Sango and Miroko on Kirara. Yeah? You ask. Were landing here. Totosai is just up there. Sango answers. You smile at her and nod. Sesshoumaru, time ta land! You shout. In no time Ah-Un begins to descend. You peer out the window watching the beautiful birds fly in and out of the heavily leaved trees, deep and green. The forest was plentiful and vibrant with many gorgeous flowers around ever neat bush. In the distance, placid blue mountains were barely seeable through fog. The sun was setting and crows fly into the pink and purple horizon. The carriage lands neatly on the ground and you hop out followed by Rin and Sesshoumaru. Inuyasha and the others land near you. Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru give each other death glaresWere finally here! You say happily, looking over the scenery. Uh huh! Hey, Inuyasha? Kagome turns to him. He was mumbling under his breathe and looking at Sesshoumaru icily. She pulls him away. Why dont you get Totosai to tune up Tetsuaiga for you while were here? Yeah, yeah He mumbles. You grin and look at Sango and Miroku. Miroku had a nice palm mark on his cheekYou take Kinshis handle out of the bag full of its shattered pieces and sigh. I hope he can fix it... You whisper worriedly. You feel weight on your shoulder and look up into Sesshoumarus eyes. He will. He says. You smile at him, when a thought strikes you. Eh...WaitWhere is Totosai? Everyone notices this and looks around. Hes probably in his hut. Shippo says pointing to a small house. Smoke gently floating out of the chimney. You sigh and walk towards it

You push aside the cloth at the door and peer inside vigilantly. Your eyes wonder around nosily. It was diminutive, with a straw mat on the floor in front of you. There was a smoking fireplace with a few sword handles sticking out of it. On a small table in the corner was some tea and a candle. You take a step in and look around. UhExcuse me? You call out into the room. Totosai? You call again. Sesshoumaru strides in and looks around. He briskly walks to where a lump of what looked like raggedy blankets. He lifts it up with no emotion on his face whatsoever. You peek over him and see him raise an eyebrow. Totosai was under it, sleeping soundly...You would have thought he was deadSesshoumaru forcefully shakes him awake and you wonder if he should treat an old dude so roughlyTotosai awakes with a start and blinks a few times, looking around the room before reacting. His reaction made you jumpAiieeee!!! Lord Sesshoumaru!! You came back to kill me did you!? I- Clam yourself. Sesshoumaru says coolly. I need a favor. He steps aside and you walk forward. Totosai studies it for at least a minute before his huge eyes get bigger. Kinshi Kaze! He exclaims in shock. He looks up at you as if you had just arrived. H-Hana?!?! H yells in surprise. You blush and smile at him with a nod. Its been so long! He exclaims. Yes, it has...I was a child the last time I was here. Yes, yes, I remember. You hug him and he laughs heartily. But he looks around the people in the hut and blinks. Im surprised your father didnt come as well Sesshoumaru, Kagome and Inuyashas eyes dart to you to see your reaction. Your eyes darken and you look down at the ground. .My father is.dead Totsai looks up at you in shock. Wha? .He died many years ago...Along with my mother You say sorrowfully. Totsai looks back down on the handle with a grim face. He died, eh? He mumbles. He walks past you. I should start working on this. He says before walking out. You nod and feel everyones eyes on you. You look at Kagome who looked at you with pity. You smile reassuringly. Its alrightIm fine... You say. Kagome nods and walks out with Inuyasha. Sesshoumaru was starring at you deeply as if he was reading your very soul. You sigh and rub your head. Im glad he can have it done to quickly You try to change the subjectHana Sesshoumaru starts but you stop him Lets go get something to eat You just ate. He says with a sharp look. Thank you You think warmly.He walks quietly next to you through the forest. All was quiet except the rustling of the trees in the wind. It was already darkOnly a splash of orange where the sun was already set...I try not to think about it You finally say, despondently. You kick a rock and it hits a tree. You speak softly. Promise meYou wont leave me behind You finish, your eyes closed. Sesshoumaru grabs your shin and brings your lips up to his. He kisses you tenderly but passionately. The kiss warmed your body from the cold wind. He breaks away and stares into your eyes. I promise. He whispers. You smile, and feel a light tear run down your cheek. Sesshoumaru gently wipes it away and brings you back into his arms. I love you. He adds, taking a strand of your hair and wrapping it around his long elegant fingers. You blush. He was being quite straightforward I love you too You whisperIt was a time like that where you whished time could just stand stillYou safe in Sesshoumarus arms under the star filled skyNot having to worry about trivial or serious things alikeYou felt so content there with himYou felt that the meaning of your existance..was to be right therewith him...by his sideYour lips curve into a blissful smile on your tender face. Hana! You hear Kagome waking you. You groan and heavily sit up. You were In the carriage. You rub your eyes with a yawn. Whats up? You ask woozily. Kagome beams at you. Your sword is already done! She says happily. You smile and get up. Really? Yes! You hurriedly run to the hut and burst through the door. Totosai was humming, and polishing up Kinshi Kaze. He notices you and smiles. Ohayo! Ohayo. You reply and bow. You take a seat next to him. I dont know how you broke such a strong sword, but the pieces have been forged back together. Take care of it. Oh thank you so much Ojii-san!!! you shout happily, taking the sword from him like a child taking candy. You run your fingers up his shiny silver blade, your reflection starring right back at you. You would have never been able to tell it was ever broken...Your father treasured that sword. Try and take care of it. Totasia says with a grin. You smile. I knowIm sorry You sigh and place the sword on your lap. TotosaiDidDid my father ever tell you anything about...about me? Totosai stays silent, scratching his chin. You watch him patiently, waiting for an answer. He sigh and stands up. Whatever it is you are trying to find out about yourself, it would be best if you found it on your own. You sigh and look downOkay You whisper. Well, you should get going! Totosai says with a smile. You need to find out! You laugh and jump up to your feet. Right! Thank you again! You hug him and run out of the hut, still waving to him. Take care. He calls to you before walking back in. You get back to the carriage where Inuyasha was examining Tetsuaiga. Looks a lot better. He says happily. Sesshoumaru was scowling in the carriage. You giggle and hop in. Ready to go Hana? Miroku ask seeing you.
